I wonder why this game came out on the Wii in the first place. From what I heard, there are no motion controls. Perhaps Nintendo paid for exclusivity like Microsoft did? If so, we probably won't get a PS2/ PS3/ Xbox version.

If the sales did really good with the original games, wouldent a cross over do really well  .. and the other advantages of the game was that it was on ps3.. and plus all the other new stuff was a big plus imo.. But as someone said, sony said no to the game but it was still ported to the psp   .. was the only difference is because its hand held..... confuserling

And thats the last thing im saying on another off topic discussion X D!

No, WOZ won't have good sales, because it is - like someone said above - the same games with 5% more content, and better graphics. In this economic climate, not enough people would buy the game to make enough money to cover the costs. Most people who played the first two WO1 and WO2 won't want the same game.

For the PSP, it's different. A number of gamers who have a PSP may not have a PS2. It's assumed that they are a different market. Plus PSP games are cheaper, both to make and buy.
Chou Hi or atleast i think it was him brought up a good point a couple of pages ago that if they had planned to port it to the other systems it would of been planned from the start and he said something else about developing something....i can't remember but i know that first half is right, but yea doesn't that kinda make sense though? i mean why would else would they say "WII EXCLUSIVE"

To be honest.. anything can happen in the gaming buisness X D

And anyway LittleDragonZ has asked us nicely not to talk about the porting anymore :/.. so i think we should stop... and anyway, no one knows the answers to these questions that keep going around in circles X D... i guess we just have to wait ;) .

No u cant swim or do the other new stuff in dw6 :/.
The only new combat related thing is the eigi and kaiden ability.

To Get a sig..
-Steps-

1. Go to the forums
2. Go to the GFX Board
3. Go to Requests
4. Make a new Topic - The topic name helps to have the character(s) name in it (E.g - Magoichi Saika Sig Request)
5. Add any other info u want to say like.. what game the character model is from.

And after about a day or less someone should have made u the requested sig ^^..

To make a sig... well its much more complicated and theres a tutorial to tell you.

-Edit- And this sig stuff is still pretty much off topic :'( >.<'

Indeed it is off-topic and GFX Requests won't be like that any more thanks to this kind of thinking of getting easy sigs made without contributing to the forum. A post restriction of 50 posts will be required before you can get one made.

BACK ON-TOPIC

I'm wondering how the CAW system works with cutscenes. Do we get mini-events when playing with CAW characters?

i'm pretty sure that there's only goin be unique dialoge with selected characters I dont think Koei has that much time to make cutscenes w/ every character with CAW

I have a question: Is Magoichi still at Kizugawaguchi alongside Motonari or is he just 100% Date officer? (for those who have the game).

He just isn't playable there.

Which actually is a big difference in SW3. A LOT of characters appear in stages that you cannot play as them in. I really like it, since it allows characters to have different scenarios to play in their story mode. It also lets the FMO characters have quite a bit of visibility. Most of them, at least.

Edit:
By the way, silly question, but I saw the credits stream that you had on JustinTV, and I was wondering, were there non-Japanese names in the previous SW games? Becausd I'm pretty sure I saw non-Japanese names this time around. (And I'm not talking about VA or Localizations)
Does Shoukei(SW1)/Peasants count? :P Other than that I'm not really sure.

By the way I've been hearing some negativity about the Murasame mode and I was wondering is it worth playing?

Shura in this game seems like the strongest element :o .. instead of using Final Weapon, they choose a Shura Weapon to play in Chaos Mode  ..
Wanna play this game so much! SW3 Special for Ps2, please Koei  ..

I meant developer names. Were any of the planners or programmers for SW1, SW1XL, SW2, SW2XL, or SW2E non-Japanese?

Edit:
Shura is the Black Element for weapons. In SW1, I believe it was Life Drain. In SW2, I believe it was insta-kill.

No in SW1 there are both Shura and Life drain. But Shura is more likely gamble cuz you have to equip teh books

In SW2,judging from the sound,Shura stay the same and life drain has became wind

In SW1 Shura can only be achieved when you have all five Musashi's books equipped. In XL, there were certain skills that also enabled it (one added shura element to counter attack).

Can I just say that weapon looks very pointy :hehe:

What I'd like to know is that I read that Hanbei can fly the whole battlefield so is it possible for Okuni to do the same?
Plus can only ninja's use the eagle?
It'd probably have a tough time carrying Ieyasu

Okuni doesn't fly, she just drifts downward with her umbrella. Hanbei uses his weapon as a helicopter to hover.

I'm also guessing that only the ninja-characters can use the eagel, since it's pretty much like an alternate to ninja-routes.

As far as the eagle, that only shows up in Odawara and yeah, I think only Nene and Hanzo can use it.
