The box art isn't just similar, it is the Japanese box art. Which is fine really. For free mode, it's true that if you take a character to a stage that's not in their story mode there's 2 of them on the stage. I have no idea how many total stages there are yet but, every stage that isn't a "unique" scenario in story mode is there in free mode. Kawanakajima is in free mode but Ujiyasu's Kanto Defense Line, which shares the same map, won't be there in free mode for example. |

Actually, that's not true. I bought the 2-disc OST and the Gackt songs and the Murasame theme are not on it; likely due to licensing issues. Gackt released his own single with his two songs on it. The Murasame theme is lost in time and space. The music that is on this site is the game disc rip. |

It hasn't been announced and won't be anytime soon. Nintendo is publishing this game in US/EU so that means its exclusive. We have to wait for whatever exclusive contract Nintendo & KOEI have to "expire" before we get any news on a PS3/360 port. |

I don't know why people keep asking if there is news that has surfaced regarding the fact if Samurai Warriors Three has been announced for other Consoles. But I guess it can't be helped. Anyway, my question is does anyone know where you can Pre-Order this game at? Or if that option is avaliable yet? That'd be much appreciated if anyone knows.

Both the songs are here on the forum's OST, like this case, the place (OSTs) I normally refer to. We host the game music for reasons of it being difficult to get in EU and NA and will glady remove all the game music if requested by TECMO KOEI. Though thankfully they seem fine with it. If it is Nintendo exclusive, will they release a Wii-bundle in the West like the Japanese one. |

I doubt it. Besides those "bundles" that Gamestop sells, I haven't really noticed Nintendo releasing any bundles outside of Japan (unless I've stroked my way past one). |

I don't think the game would be seen as profitable enough to justify bundling a system with it, given the popularity of its older brothers over here. |

I wouldn't put it past them. They've been bundling Motion Plus with 3rd party titles (Red Steel 2). Previously, I can remember a few other 3rd party games with bundled wheels & other ridiculous attachments. If they can bundle a fishing pole, they can certainly bundle a Classic Controller Pro

Bundling it with a controller is a different story; had I not fallen in love with my Gamecube controller, I'd probably buy a Controller+Game bundle myself... Still might, actually, if it's only a ten dollar difference. At least those bundles are worth it, in my eyes. |

http://www.nintendo.co.uk/NOE/en_GB/games/wii/samurai_warriors_3_-_media_16678.html Theres some English screenshots here but they're not very good in terms of quality, sorry if this has been posted before. Also you can now pre-order this game from Game.co.uk and get 10 pounds off! |

Nice find from the Nintendo site, and it does appear to be localized by now. 100 "rices" used to unlock characters with musou mode... Doesn't sound hard now. |

Just watched a gameplay video of Kasai-Osaki riots stage and I must say that it is enough different to separate it from the Ishigakibaru map (similiar how Nagashino was vastly different from Mikatagahara even though they shared the same map). The snow really makes it look different.

Will be awsome. XD which kind of controller will I need to play this game? O: I have the wii remote but I think I need to buy a different one? |

You have three options: 1. Wiimote with Nunchuck 2. Classic Controller/Classic Controller PRO 3. Nintendo gamecube controller The Wii-chuck combo doesn't require flailing the remote. |

Understandable as everyone would have sore wrist afterwards >_>.
And PAL version had Ginchiyo while Yukimura and Kotaro were on the background. I have no complaints about SW3 EU box art either but I think they could have been a bit more creative. |

Thanks for the info. I'd save a bit over 10 EUR if I pre-ordered, but as I'm not living in UK I'd take too long :3 My friend and I plan to play all day long on the week-end it's released, so... :3 |

The English official Nintendo website has been launched. It details the gist of what to expect (release date, features, etc) with some images. Enjoy! SW3 English Website Edited by LittleDragonZ, Mon Apr 26, 2010 12:25 pm.

I believe they are the same pictures that Mei Mei posted, or some of them at least. I'm eagerly anticipating the voices at this point to see how it has all panned out. |
