Well, KOEI certainly didn't do much changes with Mitsunari's story stages. Order is exactly the same as in SW2 but he doesn't have Yamazaki and Oshi replaces Odawara. No Edo Castle either which reminds me: does the game have Dream stages?

I was afraid that Kanbei and Kiyomasa will show up at Sekigahara but in the end, it's not a bad thing. At least both sides are more balanced this time. So is it 6 PCs (Kanbei, Kiyomasa, Tadakatsu, Ina, Hanzo, Ieyasu [what about Masanori?]) vs. 5 PCs (Mitsunari, Sakon, Yoshihiro, Ginchiyo, Motochika [and Muneshige?]) this time?

Here's a strange question.

Are the movesets that were changed in SW2:XL still around, or did they go back to their SW2 / Empires form? I didn't see anything mentioned about it.

Once the pre-battle setup videos of characters come up, then I'll watch them, but I'm probably not going to watch gameplay footage of new characters.

I believe the XL movesets stay, as Toshiie is pictured with his XL weapons (I believe this because his debut was in XL)

CAW info

Male: 6 models, 7 face types, 14 head types
Female: 3 models, 3 face, 6 head
Male models: Light Samurai, Heavy Samurai, European Samurai, Ronin Warrior, Ninja
Female models: Female Warrior, Princess, Female Ninja

You can change body type as well(thin, buff, etc.)

BGM info

Arrange versions of the following are used
SW1: Kawanakajima, Mikatagahara, Anegawa, Honnoji
SW2: Okehazama

Nagashino and Osaka sound like a mix between SW1 and SW2's, and the Odawara BGM sounds like a remix of SW2's.

Whats with the female hate? Koei must be planning for CAW to be mainly a sausage fest. Kinda sad really.

Good thing the Osaka theme has its SW2 flair, which i thought was way better than Sw2's, less interesting one.

You never know, they may be setting us up for the DLC shopping sprees that are going to make KOEI cash cows ^_^

You poor people =[

=]

It is simply due to the fact that men are allowed to be ugly and women are not. Least in KOEI games. So 3 basic faces are all that is needed, Seductive, Loli, and Normal. -.-

Least thats my take on it. I dont mind though, never was that into CAW.

Nobunaga Musou = Okehazama -> Kanegasaki -> Nagashino -> Kizugawaguchi -> Honnoji

Shingen has Nagashino in his lineup.

Spoiler: click to toggle

That's good to hear. I always wanted his story to end in an understood neutrality.

I'm glad Nobunaga has Kizugawaguchi, hopefully Motonari can pull some crazy sh*t in that level and impress not only the Oda, but me, because i'm kinda neutral about how he looks, not very threatening or anything, he looks like a kid.

But Seraphill! What about Okuni and Noh? Do they play any significance in game? Also, what's Honnoji like?

Well, considering they both don't have stories, i doubt they do anything really mind-blowing or important, i could be wrong though. Its sad, I quite like Nouhime. Also, keep in mind Seraphil doesn't have the game himself, and is getting the info from others who have it in Hong Kong, so he isn't a never ending fountain of information. ;)

Apparently that "game's 50 scenarios!" thing from a while back might have been a misinterpretation. It may have meant the 50 scenarios of the 10 starting characters, not that there's only 50 in the game.

Awesome, just caught up on all that went down here these last few pages.

Motonari's musou certainly sounds interesting, the way it's played out it's like a "western" kingdoms storyline.

Oh I knew that they were not playable storywise, I was just asking if they play a significant role in other characters stories.

Seraphil and I will have the game in due time, you guys. Try not to hound him for information, as he won't be able to answer everything until we're able to play the game for ourselves. The stream is ready to go as soon as the game is released, so we'll try to uncover as much as we can at that time.
