I say GET RID OF ALL THE STUPID VIDEOS! If there taking up so much space from the actual game then trash them. I don't even watch the videos! UGH! Thats so annoying to know, that this game could of held so much stuff it hadn't been on the Wii and had all these unneeded videos. I don't even wanna talk about that Takamura mode, which is a complete waste of space as Takamura doesn't even have a unique weapon or moveset. They better step this game up when they port it to PS3. Huh.....how tiresome.....

The videos are also pretty long in this game, though, which is why it might seem like someone's videos are long and unique, but they aren't. I'm sure that once we see some of Mitsunari's videos, we'll see repeats of a few of the ones in Kiyomasa's story. So far, the people whose CG cutscenes have been released are all completely unreleated to each other, which is why it looks like all the CG cutscenes are unique. |

Yeah, you're right. I wasn't looking closely enough. Damn. Anyway, in more positive news, there is more solid confirmation on 4th weapons. The method to unlocking them is thus: 1. Must be in Musou mode(as yet undiscovered how the 7 non-MM characters can get theirs) 2. Hard difficulty or higher 3. On the stage(once you find it) you must complete all missions and officer kill orders. You will get the weapon after the stage. Mitsuhide's 4th is at Yamazaki, Ujiyasu's is at Kanto Defense Line, Mitsunari's is at Sekigahara and Nobunaga's at Honnoji. There are also unique armor parts unlockable in Murasame Castle. You dare suggest that a Nintendo Wii game dosn't have a cameo, are you insane (just kidding guys, not bashing, just having a joke). And I know, although admittedly, I do like my cutscenes . I'm not too keen about the overlaps though and how long they apparently are. DW gave me the best cutscene experience from a Warriors game, all unique and all different lengths. Although I gotta admit, if making cutscenes are more important then giving a good gameplay experience, well . I'm completely lost...Not even mouth movement when thet win, that is just completely lazy. I mean, look at Final Fantasy Dissidia on the PSP, I mean, look how small it is. That has variating cutsenes out of 10 chars for 5 scenarios. Man Koei, I don't understand you sometimes .

Aww, no more vague instructions to defeat famous officers? Thanks for that info. Were the unique armor parts for customizing CAW or the regular characters?

The way Koei handled generic officer models in this is the best they're done in any action game since Kessen III. It's a similar system too. The Edit Officer mode displays what I'm about to explain. There's about a half-dozen base models, each with different optional faces, facial detail(in this case, facial hair or scars,) headwear, armor(top) and armor(bottom.) The generics are each pieced together using these parts, giving them a much more varied appearance than in previous Musou games. Take Asakura Yoshikage(I think, he might've had a different base model) and Sakai Tadatsugu for example. They both use the Light Samurai model, but Sakai has an old man's face with white hair and facial hair, while Yoshikage has a young man's face with black hair and facial hair. I don't remember the armor differences, but the Option1 and Option2 parts are present in some models and missing in others. BTW, I'm going to make it a point to find a stage with Ii Naomasa in it and run rings around his generic self for a full minute. Armor parts system is based on Gundam Musou's parts system. This is the new skill system, effectively. Edited by SRS, Thu Dec 3, 2009 11:23 pm.

This is interesting. On 2ch, people are strongly suggesting to NOT play Ieyasu's Musou mode until you have finished Nobunaga, Hideyoshi, Yukimura, Mitsunari and Inahime's Musous first. Otherwise, the emotional impact of his story will be largely reduced. Inahime's 4th stage is Numata Castle and Nobuyuki is there with her. Edited by SRS, Thu Dec 3, 2009 11:43 pm.

In SW2 I strongly felt that Ieyasu's story wrapped the whole game the best. A lot of people may not care for him, but I felt his story was the best in the game....brutal moveset if used properly as well That is of course until Toshiie arrived...yet they took his story away in this version

Well it's sorta fitting given Ieyasu was the one who ended it all... Im surprised still no one has played through Kanbei or Tadakatsu's story? |

I feel you on the Kanbei bit....Is he just that unpopular so far? He looks badass to me. And how can anyone ignore Tadakatsu? I guess "mature" characters arent that popular to these fans... |

? And there's bound to be a few overlaps which is understandable, so long as it aint rediculous like in SW2 for some characters, it really dumbed down even the biggies like Tadakatsu, he should have had one of THE most unique stories in it
.
. I detect a DW6 Zhou Yu and Sun Ce, right? He should die.

(just kidding guys, not bashing, just having a joke). And I know, although admittedly, I do like my cutscenes
.

Thanks for that info.
