Seriously! I think Osaka and Honnouji have the two best stage themes in the game. With Anegawa, perhaps, in a close third.

Seraphil and I just recorded footage of roughly eight characters.

I'll get it up as soon as I can, but it's a bit difficult with a fried video card and busted DVD drive.

Nene
Masamune
Oichi
Mitsunari
Mitsuhide
Nouhime
Motonari
CAW
Glorious! Cant wait to see them! Sorry for being imprudent and impatient before. Technicalities do happen so i guess all we can do is wait.

Ujiyasu, Shingen and Kenshin's videos were added to Nicovideo and are being uploaded to Youtube. One of Kenshin's videos actually amused me quite a bit-- I might have to play his story when I get back to playing.

Kenshin: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm8997823
Ujiyasu: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm8997635
Shingen: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm8997964

We haven't touched it yet. We're slowly unlocking more characters, though.

Once Tetsuo gets his equipment fixed, he'll probably just go through all the musou modes on Hard, since most of the characters have decent equipment now.

Can you tell us more details about the game (weapons , armors , Items ...... and what they do) ?

I heard that for characters that have story, it costs like 100 gold, and for the free mode only characters it costs 80 gold. I also heard that you can rack up gold pretty easily.

Do you know what I am thinking about? For Yukimura's ending, there could be a minigame where you play as Yukimura and slaughtered endless waves of Tokugawa's troops until your health drained to zero and you died and an ending appeared depended on the amount of troops you have killed in the minigame.

That's right. You have to 'buy' a lot of things, like the ability to customise them, unlock their weapons and abilities (for CAW) etc.

And since I'm here, here's the Youtube links for the videos:
Shingen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ya_T6u0b0Vs
Kenshin: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnU88S5ctI4
Ujiyasu: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJxUoyxMaJU

Ujiyasu apparently likes fishing.

It was supposed to be from Crisis Core, Final Fantasy 7, when you played as Zack Fair in his ending.

I dunno but that ending from SM3 could imply that Yukimura and Kunoichi could survive, if at the end of slaughter, Kunoichi saved him.

And we need a catchy music like Sengoku Basara or Devil may Cry while doing the slaughter, or the sad ending music of SM3.

To the above post: I smell a Taigang Wang competition/fan! The new three best friends, Shingen, Kenshin and Uijyasu! I like how Uijiyasu uses his smokepipe to smoke. did he die of cancer or old age? No Ujimasa and his father interaction?

After seeing Ujiyasu's cutscenes, I noticed that Kotaro didn't appear in those at all (I wonder who character has to one with Kotaro in midnight cutscene?)

Haven't played Ujiyasu or Kaihime yet, but Kotaro does show up in a couple of other cutscenes with them (the one before Odawara Castle, for example). It might be that this storyline is before his time or something.

And he does show up as an enemy officer if you're fighting the Hojo.

Ok, so I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed the OST taking forever to download ... thanks to whoever took the time to rip it and make it available to us leeches :P

WOOHOO!!! 4%!!!!

Only 22hr & 40min left

This game sounds like its shaping up to be a possible excuse to dust off the Wii and put it to some good use :sly:

And yes, Tadakatsu's new theme is awesome :ph43r:

It took about 4 hours for me, even though the download time clearly said 1 hour and 15 minutes...

At any rate I'm loving the tracks but without the list I can't identify them except for the familiar remixes.

As promised, an explanation of the new Sekigahara (hope this hasn't been done in a video yet...) (since it's just an explanation of the level and not of the story this probably shouldn't need a spoiler tag...right?)

Eastern side: the entire minimap except for your main camp in the upper left corner is covered in a thick white fog. Throughout the stage there are several pillars (not entirely sure what to call these, so bear with me) with enemy officers defending them. If you defeat the officer you capture the pillar and light it on fire, revealing that portion of the minimap. Muneshige, Ginchiyo, Sakon, Yoshihiro, and of course Mitsunari all appear on the western side (I may be forgetting one or two though...). The missions to make Kobayakawa and the Mouri defect are still here, don't know the specifics though because I ended up failing due to the fog. Now that I understand the layout it should be no problem next time though :XD

not sure what it's like from the Western army's perspective, but I definitely like he East's better than last time.

Maybe it's in Hanzo's story .

From what I've heard, yes, Kotaro is still pretty much Hanzo's rival. Though there is some interaction between Ujiyasu and Kotaro during Ujiyasu's actual stages....Kotaro is actually in Ujiyasu's ending fmv for roughly 2 seconds. You see him taking a nap while Ujiyasu is fishing :P

I guess this means Kotaro is actually loyal to Ujiyasu...must be because Ujiyasu is actually an effective leader, unlike his son and grandson.

Apparently. It was like that for Nagamasa and Oichi, and will likely be the same for Magoichi and Masamune. I know Masamune shares cutscenes with Yukimura already.

They are doing Masamune "Justice" this time round! He gets to ally with Sanada at Ueda castle...team up with Magoichi "new" Saika. Bad point is how he still ally with Tokugawa and fight the Uesugi at Hasedo...
