Tell us some events you have found while playing the game.

Yellow Turban Rebellion:
You get this right at the beginning of the "Yellow Turban Rebellion".

Peach Garden Oath:
You get this right at the beginning of the "Yellow Turban Rebellion" when you play as Liu Yan.

Alliance against Dong Zhuo:
You get this right at the beginning of "Dong Zhuo's Rise".

Dong Zhuo moves the capital (PUK only):
Play as anyone in Dong Zhuo's Rise and wait until the next season begins (usually April in 190). Dong Zhuo will move the Emperor and troops/gold/food/equipement/officers from Luo Yang and its Ports and Gates to Chang An. When you play as Dong Zhuo, you may also leave the capital at Luo Yang. Moving it will result in the decrease of loyalty of some officers such as Lu Bu or Wang Yun.

The Coalition disbands (PUK only):
Play as anyone in Dong Zhuo's Rise and wait until 191. The coalition disbands and the relations between all forces in the coalition go down.

Xiahou Dun employs Dian Wei:
Play as anyone in "Yellow Turban Rebellion" or "Dong Zhuo's Rise" (preferably Cao Cao in the latter). You must have Xiahou Dun in your force and Dian Wei must be a free/searchable officer. After the event,Dian Wei will join you and get some deeds. If you don't play as Cao Cao,he will get less deeds.

Dian Wei employs Xu Zhu:
Play as anyone in "Yellow Turban Rebellion" or "Dong Zhuo's Rise" (preferably Cao Cao in the latter). You must have Dian Wei in your force and Xu Zhu must be a free/searchable officer. A duel will occur between Dian Wei and Xu Zhu. Regardless if you win or lose,Xu Zhu will join you after it and get some deeds. If you don't play as Cao Cao,he will get less deeds.

Xun Yu employs Guo Jia:
Play as anyone in "Yellow Turban Rebellion" or "Dong Zhuo's Rise". You must have Xun Yu in your force and he must be in the city of your ruler. After the event,Guo Jia will join you and get some deeds. If you don't play as Cao Cao,he'll get less deeds.

Guo Jia employs Liu Ye (PUK only?):
Play as anyone in "Yellow Turban Rebellion" or "Dong Zhuo's Rise". You must have Guo Jia in your force. After the event,Liu Ye will join you and get some deeds. If you don't play as Cao Cao,he'll get less deeds.

Dong Zhuo's assassination:
Play as Dong Zhuo in "Dong Zhuo's Rise". Have Dong Zhuo,Lu Bu and Wang Yun in any of your cities. The city order must be lower than 75. The event will start in 192. There are 3 parts of the event which will all start one month after the other. In the last part,Lu Bu kills Dong Zhuo and Dong's force will be separated. You can either choose to play as Lu Bu or Li Jue/Guo Si/Niu Fu (the ruler is determined by deeds. The officer with most deeds becomes successor). Lu Bu will always get only one city, the other force the rest. Which city is determined by who you choose to play as. If you play as Lu Bu,you'll get the city where Dong Zhuo died,if you play as the other force,Lu Bu will get a random city (but not the one Dong Zhuo died in). Li Ru will also die after this event. During the event,Diao Chan becomes available, but you can't use her. After the event, she marries Lu Bu and becomes a regular officer.

The death of Cao Song (PUK only):
Play as Cao Cao in "Dong Zhuo's Rise". You must own Chen Liu and Pu Yang,Tao Qian must own Xia Pi and Xiao Pei. Relations may not be hostile. After the event,Cao Cao and Tao Qian become hostile towards each other and Zhang Kai leaves Tao Qian's force (?).

The death of Tao Qian (PUK only):
Play as anyone in "Rival Warlords". Tao Qian must own Xia Pi and Liu Bei must own Xiao Pei. Wait until the next year. After the event,Tao Qian dies and Liu Bei gets Xia Pi and all of Tao Qian's former officers.

Cao Cao moves the Capital (PUK only):
Play as anyone in "Dong Zhuo's Rise" or "Rival Warlords". Cao Cao must own Xu Chang and Luo Yang/Chang An (depends on where the Emperor is located),must support the Emperor and must have Xun Yu in his service. After the event, the Emperor will be moved to Xu Chang. When you play as Cao Cao,you'll get the option to leave the Emperor where he his.

Sun Ce declares independence:
You get this right at the beginning of "Rival Warlords" when you play as Sun Ce.

Yuan Shu declares himself Emperor:
Play as anyone in any scenario with Yuan Shu being present as a ruler (except for "Rise of Heroes"). Yuan Shu must own 3 cities, may not have the Emperor in one of his cities and must own the Imperial Seal. After the event,he declares himself Emperor of Cheng and most forces will become hostile towards him. When you play as Yuan Shu,you'll get the option of declaring yourself emperor or not.

Jade Girdle Plot (PUK only):
Play as Liu Bei in any scenario before 200/2/1 (that means Guan Du is also included). You may not have hostile relations with Cao Cao who must control the Emperor. Dong Cheng has to be an officer of his. After the event,Dong Cheng will die and relations with Cao Cao become hostile. You may also choose not to help Dong Cheng, which will keep Cheng alive and maintain your relations with Cao Cao.

Yuan Shao turns south:
You get this right at the beginning of "Clash at Guan Du". You can also get this in a scenario before that. Yuan Shao must own all of He Bei except Xiang Ping and Cao Cao must own 5 cities in the Central Plains. After the event,Cao Cao and Yuan Shao become hostile towards each other.

I'll add others later.

Awesome. I think I haven't seen most of them. :D
If I'm not mistaken, the only events I've seen are:

The Yellow Turban Rebellion
Peach Oath Garden
The Alliance Against Dong Zhou
Xiahou Dun Employed Dian Wei
Dian Wei Employed Xu Zhu
Xun Yu Employed Guo Jia
Sun Ce Declared Independence
Yuan Shu Declared Himself Emperor
Jade Girdle Plot (I used to play Japanese PUK once)
Yuan Shao Turned South
Gan Ning Joined Sun Quan Army
Kan Ze Introduced Young Lu Xun To Sun Quan
Sun Jian Tried To Employ Zhang Zhao
The Three Visits
Zhuge Liang's Marriage
Sun Ce & Zhou Yu Married Qiao Sisters
Guo Jia's Death
Sun Ce's Death
Zhou Yu's Death
Liu Bei Met Xu Shu
Cao Pi Married Zhen Shi
Cao Pi Dethroned Emperor Xian
Liu Pi, Zhou Cang, Pei Yuan Shao, Liao Hua Joined Liu Bei Army
Zhao Yun Joined Liu Bei Army

That's all I can remember for now. Dong Zhou's Assasination event sounds cool. I haven't seen it yet. I think I might try to play Dong Zhou Rise scenario once again to see the event. XD

Wow this is what I need. Thanks for the info.

I found some as well:

Liu Bei's Three Visits

Play as Liu Bei in The Three Visits. In 208, while in Xin Ye with Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, a cutscene will occur where Sima Hui comes over and tells Liu Bei of Zhuge Liang. The interval between visits is a season or less. Finally Zhuge Liang joins and Huang Ying and Zhuge Jun joins in as well.

Cao Cao's Southern Campaign (Prelude to Battle of Chibi)

This occurred when I was playing as Liu Bei, so I believe it's a general event. It's in The Three Visits in 208.

Sun Quan's Ascension to the Imperial Throne

General event in Nanman's Rebellion; occurs in 229.

Zhuge Liang's Northern Campaign

Play as Liu Chan in Nanman's Rebellion and defeat Meng Huo. Cao Pi and Liu Chan must not be allied or in ceasefire. Zhuge Liang and Liu Chan in the same city.

The 'conditions' I mentioned are based on what I did in the game, so there may be alternative ways to get these events as well. I played Advanced and Historical mode.

What about special endings? I got one playing as Liu Chan.

I've been wondering if there's this event where Liu Bei gets persuaded by Zhuge Liang to become Emperor once Cao Pi/Cao Cao becomes Emperor.

I didn't get anything else after Zhuge Liang's Northern Campaign event. Don't know if there's Jiang Wei recruitment and Wu Zhang Plains event. Would've been awesome.

Yup. I got the Zhuge Liang Campaign event as well when I was playing as Liu Bei/Liu Chan. :3

Plus, I also got another event: Zhuge Liang's Death.
Conditions:
- Play as Liu Chan
- Liu Chan must be an Emperor at that time
- Have Zhuge Liang as the strategist
- Have Jiang Wei in your force. It doesn't matter where you place Jiang Wei as long as he is in your force.

Yes, there is event where Wei minister named Hua Xin persuades Cao Pi to declare himself Emperor.
Conditions:
- Play as Cao Pi (not Cao Cao)
- Must become Regent at that time
- Emperor Xian is still alive
- Have Hua Xin in your force

And yes, there is another event where Liu Bei gets pursuaded by Zhuge Liang to declare himself Emperor. Actually, this event is seperated by two parts. The first part is where Zhuge Liang asks Liu Bei to declare himself Emperor but Liu Bei refuses. He only agreed to become the Regent of Han Zhong.
Conditions:
- Play as Liu Bei
- Have hostile relation with Cao Cao/Cao Pi's army
- Have Zhuge Liang as the strategist
- Emperor Xian is still alive
- Conquered all cities which used to belong to Liu Zhang's forces (Jing Province?) including Han Zhong.

The second part is where Zhuge Liang asks Liu Bei the same question but Liu Bei still refuse to do so. However, he finally agreed to become an Emperor at the end of the event.
Conditions:
- Play as Liu Bei
- Have Zhuge Liang as strategist
- Liu Bei must be a Regent of Han Zhong at that time
- Emperor Xian is no more (forced to abdicated by Wei's Hua Xin)

That's all I know. :D

Is that from the PUK version? I never got Zhuge Liang's death event. :/ Liu Chan's already emperor in Nanman's Rebellion scenario from the start, check. Zhuge Liang as strategist, check. Jiang Wei in Shu force at the time of Zhuge Liang's death, check.

Though I was already in Central Plains by the time of his death. Lol. Maybe you have to stay in Yi Province till 235? :/

No, I'm not playing PUK version. Just the standard one. However, I got the Zhuge Liang's Death event when I played The Three Visits scenario. I'm not sure about staying in Yi Province until 235 but if I remember correctly, I put both Zhuge Liang and Liu Chan in Xin Ye until Zhuge Liang's death.

"Neo Juste Belmont"

True. Sadly I haven't got the event even though I had placed Liu Bei, Guan Xing and Zhang Bao in the same place. :(
