What about Gracia`s artwork?

Thanks. Nothing special though, but it`s good that all characters have own artwork.

any frame rate problems or anything related ?
No problems with framerate so far. The graphics look good! Better than WO2 and DW6.

I consider myself a veteran of the Warriors series and I regret to say I got owned on Normal Mode , 1st stage using Katou Kiyomasa.

I got killed by generic generals and soldiers. :meantongue:

Oh by the way, when you start the game, theres 4 difficulties
Tenkoku (Which translates to "Heaven". I assume "Heaven" means VERY EASY MODE), Easy Mode, Normal Mode, Hard Mode.

The default is Easy Mode.
Off to V-day dinner then its 2 player goodness after that!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! =) Here's a really good song for you all.

The possibility of 3Z not being localized would be a total bummer, but the one thing that would REALLY drive it down to the ground further is if 3XL won't be localized.

I mean, really, the regular SW3 was already made for the Wii and everything, it would be really terrible if even the Wii won't get it's XL.

Agreed, 100%. If they're not going to localize SW3Z, then at least put some effort into completing the SW3 series on the Wii. Come on, KOEI. We are dying here :(

On another note, if that previous forum link that started the whole issue of Z/XL not being localized talked about Musou Orochi Z, how the heck did they connect that with SW3...? /reads again.

The poster edited his original post so that it doesn't say anything now, but it did outright say they were not going to localize SW3Z. Apparently the guy claims to be a Koei employee, but he changed his posts when he got wind of Chin trying to find out who it was, and implying that his post was false. He didn't say which parts of the post specifically though, so we can't say for certain one way or another.

Oh. Okay. How suspicious! Pffft. I'll keep my hope alive for the localization of the Z/XL expansion pack. Until I hear from Chin himself, or some other authority figure for KOEI that there is no overseas release for sure, I'll keep hoping for one. :2up:

I'll put what I'm about to say next in spoiler tags, just in case xD

^__^;; Well in response to if SW3Z/XL is being localized and the recent rumor that cropped up. Don't know how many people have seen this but hopefully it sets some people at ease

is that person giving loads of BS? (Said to Chin Soon Sun)
Yeah it's really strange and he's very unprofessional as well. (His reply)
(Source- Chin Soon Sun's twitter)

While it's not a direct confirmation or anything, him saying someone popping off saying SW3Z won't be localized is strange and agreeing that it's a load of BS is encouraging at the least. For now. ^___^;;

I still remain faithful we will get it. Until we get told by Koei otherwise.
OT: You're here, too! Hi there!

Now, with all this nonsense, as mentioned before, let's just get this damned thing confirmed, and we can all just be happy and play it.

I doubt Koei would let us down by not giving us SW3Z. We know they'll get what money they can ;)

I just find it strange if we don't get it considering PS3 not getting the original SW3.

I find it strange how NO SW games made it to PS3, while 360 managed Orochi, SW2 and XL. Makes no sense.

Who's played 3Z here then? Is the graphics good or is it the same as MOZ?

Im planning of importing the game, is it worth it?

Found a GOOD link for players who do not know Japanese and also did not play SW3 on the Wii.

This guy has ALL the links to the intro/ending movies of all the characters from the Wii version and all the battle summaries. So even if you do not understand Japanese, watch the videos and you won't miss out on anything (Except for Gracia's , Fukushima Masanori's and Aya's endings)

Upon completing Normal Mode, 2 additional difficulty modes are unlocked.

Hell and Shura. That's a total of 6 difficulty modes.
1)Heaven
2) Easy
3) Normal
4) Hard
5) Hell
6) Shura

Actually, the thing it implies that the poster really IS a Koei employee. If he wasn't he wouldn't give a crap if there was an internal witch hunt for the person.

I didn't mean that he implied that the guy wasn't an employee, but that his other claims were false. Either way, that's the gist of what I got from it.

I could be mistaken, of course. You never can tell sometimes.

I've heard there actually is a possibility of 5th weapons, but they are only obtainable on the very hardest difficulty.

In any case I found the thought that you can add skills to weapons appealing.

(ʘ‿ʘ)✿ what'd you say about my Ina

Okuni's ending is definitely surreal, at least. It really makes her story completely... depressing. Here's a link if anyone wants it.

Though so far, the new stories are pretty nice. Much better than the SW2 stories for some of the character (I'm looking at you, Noh).

Huh... well, I only have myself to blame for watching it, but if anything, it actually makes me want to play her story all the more. If... it all symbolizes what I think it does.

Tragic.

I find it EXTREMLY hard to believe he was an employee if he was dogging on DW7.

He stated the english voice acting was horrible and that why they are offering Japanese as DLC........Has he listened to DW3 Voices? Now that was horrid...

I think he is just an attention whore

The ending of Okuni's is really beautiful... but a little sad, I think.

And YES for the 5th Weapons! I knew they were there.

To clarify: I believe I was the one who brought up the lack of MOZ for PS3.

I don't recall KOEI ever officially weighing in on what happened and why it wasn't being localized, though.

He didn't say that that was WHY Japanese voices would be an option... and in fact, he was rather short/kinda vague at best about why he thought the DW7 voices were bad -- although most who listened to Zhong Hui and Xiahou Ba first would be inclined to take that at face value.

I should note though that at NO point do I remember him actually bashing the voice actors...

As for Okuni's ending... I kinda wish that KOEI had gone this route with her character back in SW1. I mean, yes, the infamous "high" thing with her SW1 dub is one thing, but considering that the "dancer" thing was from back in the Japanese version too, I think I would have liked a more "serious" take on her.
