I am fairly sure Zhong Hui's floating swords of fail are shared by someone else. Not that it matters.

Maybe, just maybe, instead of Pang Tong having a staff like Zhang Jiao(as he is much larger and the moveset will be wierd for the smaller Pang Tong) Pang tong could have the Flying Swords! ^_^ or just the generic staff again >_> sigh, I so want a Monk's Spade for him! :P

So hopefully we'll see the real Wei cast tomorrow?

the more I look at those HD pictures of guan suo the more I begin to hate him. I will try and stop talking about him though. The last comment I will make regarding him is that I just read through part of my RoTK book and have summed up how long guan suo is mentioned. He is in the book for 1 chapter(ch. 87). He appears for 26 pages out of the total of 2,177. That is all I have to say regard that loser. Sorry If I seem like a complainer by the way.

As I just explained. He isn't the sort of character Koei wants to add. They'd rather add pretty-boys and big breasted female's - one's that will become fangirl/boy favourites.
Then why isn't the entire roster completely full of pretty boys and hookers?

Jokes aside, you call the history v entertainment argument flat, but it's TRUE.
I think you may be missing my point. Saying "go read a book" when someone brings up the issue of historical accuracy is just plain nonsensical. A book is not the same as a video game; that should be obvious.

This isn't a stuffy history book (go read RotTK if you want that) it's a game for entertainment purposes.
That has got to be the most overused and flat argument a person can bring up.

Does it never occur to some people that maybe, just maybe, some people actually want a somewhat historically focused action hack and slash game based on the Three Kingdoms?
Well then you're looking in the wrong place.

Yes, I'm looking at you Bao and Guan Suo.
Oh? Then would you be kind enough to direct us to this game that faithfully follows the ROTK story, has Omega Force's long established history with tons of sequels and Koei's budget?

Since you won't be able to, kindly learn to not be so presumptuous in the future regarding people's motivations and likings.

He can't, you know why? There ISN'T one... even Dyansty Warriors has never been 100% acurate to history, so why get all butt hurt on the 7th installment not being so aswell? That just doesn't make sense to me... And while the whole " if you want history go read a book" argument is stupid and overused, so is the griping about this particular game not being 100% true... Just saying...

And yet you continue to ***** and moan and ***** and moan... I know it had been said before just as your arguments have been stated many times, I just figured that maybe it had gotten through to you yet and needed to be restated, just like you have been doing sir...

Your response here is troubling to understand. Continue to 'moan' about what? Are you under the impression that some resolution between parties have been reached and debate was meant to die?

You are the one who's moaning here.

I'm simply having an intelligible discussion in which you are not positively contributing to.

And I believe you are confused, I didn't mean a post like yours, I meant my post, which responds to everything you said before you did so.

I'm a little tired of KOEI using "OMG JIN" as an excuse to take shortcuts elsewhere. Yeah, Jin won, but the fact is, the majority of people are going to prefer the main Three Kingdoms. Heck, I bet more people would want to play as Yuan Shu than Jin (myself included).
There is nothing in this quote that I agree with.

My favorite moments in ROTK are post Zhuge Liang's death. Everything stops being one-sided, and things get interesting. The addition of Jin is the greatest step this series has taken.

@WhiteHorseRide - I have read alot of your "intelligible discussions". They are filled with sarcasm which you use to try and make people feel stupid, much like when you told me that I didn't say anything "particularly insightful". I'm new on these forums and am in no way an expert at RoTK history, and yet when I post I get people like you trying to make me feel like a dumb person because I either don't know the history or didn't read through forty pages of rants which are also apparently "intelligible discussions". So I am not going to say anything more to you because I just wanna know more about the GAME and you are a very rude person who I am not going to defend myself or my opinions to.

And I completely disagree with your post myself.

before focusing on the late-era, it would've made much more sense to focus on the early-era, the which has always been left out, while it's the most complex and interesting period, with a damn bunch of scheming warlords.

Yuan Shu still not being in DW is blasphemy, but so is the case with the other warlords.

Well more like Jin will take out anything important, like WU. Who will not be featured much in the late part, only the early part.

Wait, Guan Yu is a clone weapon? OF WHO?!!!

Please do not start the 'innocent bystander' route.

You interjected into a discussion and now upon being responded to wish to create an out for yourself and sound victimized.

I did not employ sarcasm. I've been completely direct with my addressing of talking points.

Sorry if you feel insulted, but I merely touched on only about the content of what your post brought. I did not talk about you.

If we talk about brightest moments than I say - Yuan Shu and Imperial Seal, Sun Ce conquest, Xia Pi and Chi Bi Battles. Also I like almost all battles after Dong Zhuo`s tyranny period. Yi Ling, Tong Gate, Han Zhong... and so on. Addition of Jin... I haven`t one point of view, but it is the end of ROTK period. I guess Koei find right course. Just with Jin addition chances of some characters like Cheng Pu and Guo Jia being ever added lower and lower.

@Legacy Warrior- Well that would require koei to grow a pair, which they just cant seem to do. seriously just add a bit of blood. And K.O.s seems so childish, i find to hard to believe that if Zhou Tai was to slash someone in the head with his katana that he would knock them out, just have it say kills instead of K.O.s

i still think they should make dw7 empires as a dlc
Empire games should not be Dlc for a few reasons.

- One being that it’s a separate game altogether
- It's there for Koei to expand on, to make new characters, new ways to play and all that good stuff, it should be huge and glorious and just another amazing game in the series.. It more then what most of you think it is.

- Koei needs income, they are going to continue to produce games in physical CD format, the fact that you guys would not buy them because of a price (which I’ve seen before as an excuse) is incredibly selfish.

- Merging empires with the main Dw title would also just not work unlike Xl which is an expansion pack and not a new game.

Should the PV be around midnite or tomorrow morning? (US time)

My favorite parts are the rise of Cao Cao (from gaining a little bit of land and getting tons of skilled generals to rescuing the emperor and defeating the Yuan Family) and the pre-Chi Bi feud between Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang and their tactics that won it.

Dynasty Warriors praises itself on depicting a famous novel and being a huge hit because of it, it doesn’t need all the blood and gore just to please the blood thirsty people (or in another term - Xbox 360 fan boys)... Theres just no place for it..
