WOW. those wheels are BIG....... Those are a little oversized, your right. It looks like Lian Shi is using them.

In the PV for the game, when Xiahou Dun was using the weapons, those were smaller.
That's SSX.
Oh, sorry. That is SSX. I completely forgot about her!

um... Did anyone else notice the Playstation Move poster in the background?

Does this mean playstation move support? If so then YEEESSSSSSS!!!!

Doubt it'll have it though, i'm guessing the poster was there already or something.
Ohhhhhhh, and you see that Gran Turismo-Poster on the right?
Does..., does that mean, that we can choose some cars and drive with them across the battlefield and over the soldiers?
YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH....HaHaHa.

But your idea about the PS-Move could be true.
Koei could have covered that posters (there are 2 posters, right AND left), otherwise the fans could get it wrong and think, that it is supported. I will wait first for official news on that.

That would be awesome, Dynasty Warriors- Gran Turismo Edition.
Drive around the battlefield running over soldiers with playstation move!

As fun as that does sound its never going to happen. Gundam is the closest we'll get. But yeh i really do hope that Playstation Move support is implimented. Sure we won't actually be swinging the controller around all the time (probs be like SW3 for Wii) but it'll give another move game for me to try and help people who have just bought move buy the game. e.g they'll see it has move support and buy it to try it out. Then hopefully like it :)

So... haw many stages for each kingdom in kingdom mode do you think it will be, they said it will be about 15-25 stages

my speculation:
shu : 25, becoz of adding so many late era characters in their faction
wei : 15-20 (Final Battle : Wu Zhang Plains)
wu : 20, only Ding Feng who is the late era character and they said to be focused more on the early era
jin : 15, they have not enough character yet, i wonder if the enemy later will be all generic
melange

本作は勢力別のストーリーです。シナリオ数は、最終的に各勢力22~24になりました。 RT @twitt_masa 各キャラに無双モードはありますか?
Does every character have a musou mode?
This game is based on kingdom-specific stories. As for the number of stages, the final count is 22-24 per kingdom.

i bet Shu would have 24 stages..

Wu: 23 stages
Wei:23 stages
Jin: 22 stages

I'm not sure about Wu,Wei & Jin though :)
This is great news. :o
I happy they fixed the amount of levels dilemma.

Wasn't 15-25 at first? I was worried a Kingdom like Wei or Wu would get 15, and Jin and Shu would get 25.
But this new info is wonderful.
It's going to be very well rounded for all Kingdoms.

Jin with 22 stages is a good amount, that appears to be enough stages to include 1 or more battles against Wei, lots of battles against Shu, and more than 1 battle against Wu. :)

maybe 3 stages vs. Wei
15 stages vs. Shu
4 stages vs. Wu

I would avoid all cutscenes and kingdom mode related stages/story/gameplay stuff until US release purchase.

The day 1 Japan release info really worth confirming is how the character select screen looks in action,
as well as Conquest mode, and over the next few weeks, visual confirmation of free character choice in 70+ stages. And perhaps also visual confirmation whether or not kingdom stages in Conquest mode allow any character (since some people here claim it allows it, minus the cutscenes.)

Those are pretty much the 3 main things to visually confirm from Japan version before release. oh yes and visual hands on experiences from players using co-op online in conquest mode.

The story will be much more exciting and interesting seeing them first time in english after getting the US version. :)

Exactly. Chakrams are much smaller, and I believe they are meant to be thrown. Not sure on the second part.

Wheels, Chakrams. Call them what you're comfortable calling them. This is like that whole Chronicle/Conquest mode thing.

I know they're wheels, but personally I've always referred to them as chakrams.

I'm sure tambourines would be more efficient than chakrams or "wheels." Though it is a breather than to see that horrid bow moveset.

Hey, that Horrid Bow Movest was Overpowered as heck in DW6. There's a problem when you can go through Chaos mode and be sure that no one's gonna get the chance to hit you.

Chakram are an Indian weapon primarily (Mongolians supposedly had their own version) and yes, are much smaller and meant to be thrown.

Wind and Fire Wheels are a Chinese Weapon and meant to be used to beat the living **** out of people and cut them up 500 different ways.

Lets hope they are not counting "PARTS" of the stage as individual. Sort of like the wording they did with 360 weapon combonations.....

Like if Chang Ban you play as Zhao Yun and Zhang Fei, they count that as 2 levels.....PLease no

If the split stages are using multiple maps, then yep they'll be seperate hexes. So Chang Ban 1 will be one hex, Chang Ban 2 will be another hex.

Knowing Koei, even if they are the same map, they'll probably do 2 hexes. I mean we can't expect 80 completly different maps. So it probably will be the same hex but with a different faction/setting inside it. But the best thing to do is hope for the best and wait till we get confirmation on those two things^

With the stage numbers every single character in each kingdom will get atleast one kingdom stage for themselves, sometimes two, i hope that part stages only count as one, then must mean that pretty much everyone could get 2 stages

I hope that too. Means more screen time for characters in Kingdom mode.

With the amount of characters and stages, some will definately be getting two stages. Most likely, a lot of the new characters like the majority of jin and possibly the ones in the main three kingdoms. I can see ma dai being at tong gate and wu zhang. Or Ding Feng at He Fei castle and then an late era battle later after quan and lu xun.

On the subject of Ding Feng, I've read that he served Gan Ning for a while as a captain. I wonder if Koei will touch upon it, or at least have some throw-away reference to it.

EDIT: Whoops! I misread, Ning had joined Wu by this point. But still I'd like to see Ding Feng have some form of relationship with Gan Ning. It could also add to Feng's character, since he would follow his head generals to the front and gave him his reputation as a brave warrior.
