So does anyone know if that Xing Cai spoiler was true or not? I really want it to be :( I like sad events. It adds more depth and emotion to the storyline. :D

Btw will Australia also be affected by the release push-back Europe is experiencing? If so then that sucks wolverine tits.... :/ -.-

Doesn't Pang Tong get his own Kingdom Mode stage? Surely he dies in that, no?

Well, knowing that Xing Cai is not in cutscenes, I do not think this is true.

Both Game Australia and EB Games still have 31 March as the listed date for release on their websites.

I don't know how new this news is, so there is a chance that they haven't updated their websites yet.

@Fantaji, oh.... well that reeks..... Thanks for the info anyways :)

@Jenny Craig, well I'm gonna hope that the dates stay like that haha. :P :) Thanks for the information ^_^

Btw I just wanted to ask whoever's played the game, are the graphics as good as the screenshots have showed us? Because I can't really judge the graphical quality of the game because of the quality of the streams and the internet overall (even if its in HD)....

I know that much, but I wondered if either Xing Cai or Guan Ping had related interactions in their Conquest Legend Stages.

No, Xing Cai has no interactions with Guan Ping in her Legend Stages.
Same for Guan Ping, no interaction with her in his Legend Stages.

Well that is really, really disappointing in my opinion. Xing Cai, Guan Ping and Liu Shan had so much potential if they had created a story involving all three. Hopefully they'll do something like this in a DLC stage.

Wei Yan no death?? Hmmm.. he seemed like one of the characters that totally should have one. After I give him a whooping he better die! ^^
They say no Wu Zhang for Shu, that means no dying Zhuge Liang and this means no dying Wei Yan. They removed Wu Zhang

I really hope that the characters are not playable in the Story Mode will be later in DLC. I like the idea of the Story Mode by faction, but it would be even better if each of the characters can be playable and at least appear in a cutscene.

Just had a thought... the Xing Cai rumour, did that turn out to be true or false? I can see it won't play out in Kingdom Mode, do either Cai or Ping's Legend Stages reference this at all. I'd be kind of disappointed if they don't develop any dynamics between them.
Hope you don't mind me reposting this, just to see if anyone knows.

From what I saw, it's possible that the person who started that rumour misinterpreted or interpreted with a touch of imagination a particular sentence. I'm especially referring to a sentence said by Xing Cai when she gets defeated in Jin's Kingdom Mode, where she mentions her father and Guan Ping. Maybe the person who started the rumour interpreted that as a sort of "declaration of love", while I think she just mentioned the dead people she cared about the most and she was still fighting for (I mean fighting on their stead).
Unless we found other, less ambiguous, references, I suppose my "analysis" makes most sense, or at least that was my first impression when I saw that scene.

I have to say I don't like how there are mixed art styles they're done for the artworks this year. I'm not found of wolfina's art when i saw it on the Samurai Warriors, and I was slightly fearing that they'll return for DW7's art work.... I'm soooo disappointed with Lu Xun's art >< its sooo sloppy ><
I agree with you on the mixed art styles for the official artworks, I would have preferred if KOEI kept commissioning all of them from the same artist who always worked on all the official artworks before SW3.

Thanks for that - it makes sense at least. I still think it's a real shame though, plenty of potential for drama there wasted, instead they focus yet again on Xiahou Dun and Zhao Yun. Why they couldn't have fitted something into Xing Cai's Legend Stages I have no idea, but as I said, DLC is a possibility.

Wu Zhang is I'n zhao tubs story mode or Shu king mode if you want to be technical. They didn't use wu Zhang to it's full potential though. If that's even possible because they could of gave Ma Dai the second part.

There are Wu Zhang for Shu in Kingdom mode, and Zhuge Liang dies after the battle (many characters dies after the battle, no more during the battle like Sun Jian in older DW).
But Wei Yan don't die in this game :(

The only extra delay is for the EU, as far as I know. In such a case, the cause must be something to do with localization in Europe.
Wait what? So US will not get delayed SRS? thank god because i will get the US version instead... :D

Zhao Yun got the same number of stages as Guan Yu ^_~, and Zhang Fei and Zhuge Liang got three stages each, which isn't much less. I'm pointing this out just because I read about "the focus on Zhao Yun" more than once also from other members.
By the way, Xiahou Yuan, Sun Ce and Sima Shi got four like Zhao Yun and Guan Yu, while Xiahou Dun and Sun Quan got even five. *doesn't even mention Sima Zhao's stages -_-*

If you want the accurate, factual truth, as of yet, there are NO more announced delays for EU or NA. EU is still April 1st. But don't hold your breath, because Koei may make the announcement today. If it is indeed delayed, NA may be safe, because it might just be for localisation issues.

@Sera: Don't get me started on Zhao Yun :XD He might only have a few stages, but he still gets on the front of the box and gets a post card specifically designed for him. Clearly the most important figure in the Three Kingdoms period

I was pointing out that he didn't get all the focus on Shu Kingdom Mode as some people here make it seem to be.

As for his presence on the front of the box (which isn't true for the Japanese version) and the post card, he became one of the representative characters of KOEI for various, valid, reasons, like Ryu is of the Street Fighter series and Capcom, Mario of Nintendo, etc. That's how things are.

wow i see, i thought when they said the game might be delayed it would be happening to both NA and EU version, but i'm wrong then (as always).. :hehe: but thanks for the explaination that make the things more clear than before.. :D

Somebody mentioned this stereoscopic 3D support in the game. Which glasses are needed for this? I know there are several types.
