Which is a good second point. Not sure why people want to brand Koei (the same as any other company) as "evil" because it wants to make money from its customers. What a bloody surprise!

You don't make a game to make people happy. For the most part, the company wants to make money. You want money, don't you? And a tsunami just hit them. So, Koei and the people of Japan are going to want to make less money, right? (sarcasm) |

Sorry Jared, haven't you heard? Koei shouldn't make any profits and should just make the games out of the goodness of their hearts.

That is what I was just trying to explain. What did you think I was saying, that Koei is just going to spend their money to make a game and then sell it for free?

Red Hare is huge this time, well he's always been huge but damn he's like the godzilla of horses. I just wanna say that, why are some just now figuring out that dlc weapons will have completely new movesets? Were you guys really that doubtful, after all would want to piss off your fanbase even more with skins like DW6. |

Oh, sorry. We're ok then. ![]() @QZW: Yeah, you're right about the Red Hare. I saw a video on youtube that showed how to unlock it, (I think it was posted here) and, well . It looked hard.

Haha yeah, Red Hare has gotten rather large, compared to his first appearance as an obtainable horse in DW3. I also don't see why people would ever think the DLC wouldn't be a unique moveset, I'm pretty sure Koei knows better than to release the first weapon DLC as a clone. I doubt any weapon DLC will be a clone, but an old weapon with an improved MS. *waits for a DLC that unclones Guan Yu's movesets, and adds Zhang Liao's Gold Wyvern skin* One can hope? Ahhh, so question: the 7th and 10th levels of weapons have to be unlocked through beating a specific level stage, correct/incorrect? So then how do you get the 7th/10th weapon for the scythe? |

Lol it's really just an 1.25? For an nice look and some s strings and charges that can go to any one lol. Ima keep it with yue ying lol so it won't give me the clone feel and I'll pretend she has an ex and musou for that lol. Wow this sounds sarcastic but I'm not also this is to go to a good cause well the money so getting a couple s strings and charges and something cool to look at for a few hours is alright and the cute stage. Part of enjoying the little things lol. Was being sarcastic about the cute stage remark. Edited by Reverie, Fri Mar 25, 2011 12:12 am.

The tenth one is purchased from a merchant/blacksmith I believe, but requires certain conditions. For the 7th there's a hex marked DLC, with a weapon unlocking battle with Yue Ying as the boss. |

I like the sound of the stage for unlocking red hare, its going to be one of those stages that me and my brother are gonna have blast playing. Quick question how does the town thing work when 2 people are playing in chronicle mode, are both in town at the same time or is it something else, been wondering about it for a while now? |

I've mentioned this a bunch of times before but it must have been buried under the all the arguments and whatnot that have come up. When you do split screen co-op, cities, the map, and the pause menu are the only time when P2 can't do anything. P1 walks around in the city. On the map P1 selects the stage to play. In the pause menu both players can select things, but once a player has gone into a sub menu (ex: Changing their weapon or using skill points) the other player has to wait for them to finish before they can do anything. This is all just for split-screen, I don't know how this works online. |

Yes, he took Chaos (difficulty list order from up-down=novice, easy, normal, hard, chaos). And what I witnessed was just a bunch enemy with great health bars but no great action..So the player just take more time to defeat them, with his top notch weapons and status.

From what I've saw the only threat on Chaos is the archers(they tear you apart) The enemy generals do block and combo more intelligently but other than that it doesnt seem too hard. This isn't a complaint actually, I think thats just fine. DW6's Chaos was very hard but SUPER easy when you used one method-*Roll, attack a few times, roll, attack a few times, repeat* (If you didnt use this method it was just more cheap than challenging and using that technique is cheap right back) I think DW2, 3, and 4 hard some of the most fun harder difficulties. DW3's archers were terrifying!! Edited by Sheng Dao, Fri Mar 25, 2011 1:53 am.

I would never object to more weapons via DLC... if anything, it'll give those who can't get over the clones ordeal something to look forward to. That scythe looks mighty fine, but I may or may not 'assign' it to Yue Ying. I'll hold out for the bladebow- not sure why, but I finally decided I like that one more for Yue Ying than the scythe. Keepin' the scythe though... not sure who to 'assign' it to. Maybe Lu Meng, just to run around online and scream 'I AM THE GRIM REAPER, MWAHAHA!' Edit: WAIT, SCRATCH THAT. Going to give it to Xiao Qiao, just for the LULZ. She is (Zhou Yu's) Grim Reaper! Edited by ChibiGingi, Fri Mar 25, 2011 2:14 am.

I have a question that's probably been answered, but I can't find it in the 400+ pages. In dynasty warriors 6 if you ran, you'd have to charges. The x running attack and the y one. I haven't seen many variations on the running attacks, is it gone? |
