I'm not sure how a Pokemon Musou game would even work... Play as the monsters themselves? Play as trainers with different pokemon as their attacks a la SSBB? What are we fighting, endless rattatas? Team rocket members? Could be cool if that's in the works, but I'm betting more on the Star Wars angle than that. |

I see that you guys are forgetting about Genpei Musou. Whatever it is, it seems Koinuma-san wants to share it with the World! XD |

Star Wars Musou? I'd like to play this game Though the only thing that Lucasarts and Koei have in common is Tsuyoshi Nagano - illustrator of Japanes editions of Star Wars books and RoTK and NA series.

It ain't going to be a Pokemon Musou. Then again they've already revealed Pokemon Conquest which hasn't even been released stateside yet. I wonder what connection does the number 1313 have with Warriors series or Tecmo-KOEI though if it's really going to be that Star Wars title..
Oh, I think I know how that game will pull great interest from E3 audiences.... Spoiler: click to toggle EDIT: Speaking of Legends of Troy, that game was an attempt by the game studio in Tecmo KOEI Canada. I heard their recent focus is social game development, so perhaps this time even if it's a Western-oriented game, it will be produced from Omega-Force? Edited by BlackKite, Tue May 8, 2012 6:35 am.

Maybe 1313 is a perversion of the number "1138"? Any hardcore Star Wars fans will know the significance of that number. Still doesn't have much to do with T-K though. |

TK 2011/2012 results have just been released. http://andriasang.com/con0ww/tecmo_koei_earnings/?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed So, here is their goal for 2012/2013 "For the current fiscal year, the company expects a 9.8% increase in sales to 39,000 million yen and a 7.7% increase in net earnings to 5,000 million yen. Plans include releasing product at new hardware launches (the earnings statement did not specify which hardware) and actively pursuing new collaborations." In conclusion : - PS4 may be released by the end of the year ? (they speak of hardware launches , so the Wii U won't be the only one) - More collaborations, but not explicitely with Namco Bandai --> E3 surprise |

And it looks like they got another guy/company in called Gust. I looked into Wikipedia but it doesn't seem to show any spark hints on the thing coming out in E3. (After all, most of Gust games are JP. ^^; ) KOEI might be focusing on anime collabs like Beelzebub and Fairy Tail considering being popular animes. But I doubt that a little because KOEI might have to go with Bandai, which doesn't show any hints of collabs. I might take a shot on Sonic, Spyro The Dragon and Final Fantasy collabs. SEGA would be a smart choice for KOEI, but Activision for Spyro might be low chances even if Spyro had JP games. Final Fantasy would be a perhaps though. I wouldn't be surprised if they collab LittleBigPlanet ROFL!

It's highly unlikely there will be an SW4 announcement at E3. As stated in the first page, this is all aimed at the Western market. Anything remotely related to the main Koei series will be at Japan events, like Tokyo Game Show. |

Suikoden Musou(Suikoden made by konami, not the original version), is a great game version too, it gots: - 108 unique characters(Although some of them wont be playable only as a stars of destiny) - ONgoing war, the falenan civil war, The island liberation war against kooluk, and many more - A good way to reintroduce the series since the series are practically dead after suikoden v(Kick tierkreis and....uh that new game out of the suikoden series!) |

I'll be very disappointed if it turns out to be some dinky little side game for a handheld or facebook. We haven't heard any kind of projects from Koei lately, so we all want something big to fill the gap, but the way Chin put it I'm doubtful it's going to be significant. Best not to get our hopes up just yet, if it was something serious I think we would have heard something more than just one little tweet Edited by Wild Lion, Tue May 8, 2012 5:29 pm.

I want a Transformers Musou, with combining the various seasons (G1, G2, Beast Wars+Machines, Armada+Energon+Cybertron, Animated and Prime). Not gonna happen, considering Hasbro and Activision are working on a TFP game and "Fall of Cybertron", both of which do have a bit of hack-n-slash quality... But a girl can dream. Either way, I shall eager await the announcement then. |

Lol I LMAO when you said that....what else could it be xP I am not sure how a pokemon game will even work either...There is just too many pokemon I believe there is already a Tales of Warriors game. Its called Twin Braves (don't remember) Seeing the Fantasy Costumes for Dynasty Warriors, I wouldn't be surprised it it was Disney Warriors Ancient Greek would be a cool idea. Would Roman Warriors be considered similar to Legend of Troy? I can imagine it now...Medusa, Cyclops, and other mythical creatures roaming a map If it was from Bandai i hope it'll be Fairy Tail or even Digimon (Id like this one)

A nice idea on a Final Fantasy Warriors. Fairy Tail and Beelzebub are considered to niche and would only falter in sales. What I mean is that making a Warriors game out of those two animes would only appeal to the hardcore anime and Warriors crowd and it would not get that many sales. Making a game with the Final Fantasy name attached to it would not only bring in money to both companies, but it would also prove to be an expansive venture if they do not isolate it like they did Warriors Orochi 3. |

But of course the doubt part here is that KOEI has to collab with Square-Enix. I'm not sure if they are gonna do or not, let's just see what KOEI has up in their sleeves. Any hints on KOEI's collab secret?
