All I need is a Vita and I'd buy this, the WO3U and SW4/4-II ports and Toukiden :sly:

Of course, I'd have to sell my kidney to buy one of those 64GB memory cards

With SW4, SW4-II, and this game it might seem like overload, but I have a pretty slow burn rate when it comes to these games. While everyone else is into DW9 and beyond on PS4, I'll be back here in the past with my trusty PS3 :XD

I'm just missing the portable(s) :shifty:
I have a 64gig :P nyaaahhh! hehe, no, really, they're not cheap, and I really don't know if they went down in price since I left Gamestop. I hope so
You're just saying that to hurt me

And nope, $36 for the 16GB, $60 for the 32GB, $90 for the 64GB :kurokan:

I missed a sale of the 16GB when it was $20 ... Thing sold out in-between refresh :kurokan:

It's one of the only reasons I haven't pulled the trigger yet and bought a Vita: that overpriced, proprietary memory. No reason it needs to be that expensive. It's like Sony doesn't want people to buy the Vita

I'd love to grab this Chronicles game as I've heard nothing but good things about it ^_^

And of course, get the ported titles to take advantage of that Cross-Save feature :sly:
eww, yeah, they're expensive for no reason :/ I traded a bunch of games for that memory card, but it was still so expensive
If you watch the market you can catch those memory cards for relatively cheap. Its all about the timing and i truthfully can relate to the pain of not having the money to afford things T_T.

Oh cool, finally a US date! Too bad it is about a month from now.

And I will have to pick up some EShop money..Anyone know how many blocks/GB this is going to be? I have a 16GB SD card and I have a few small games downloaded on it.

If you live anywhere near KT America headquarters, then no surprise there :XD I thought San Diego was expensive, SF area is insane :kurokan:

OT: Other than Lu Bu, Orochi, and Kyuubi did Chronicles 3 feature any other guest characters?

I always liked that feature in SW1, Strikeforce, etc. with cross-over guest characters popping up. I still recall making it all the way to the bottom of the Abyss in SW1 only to have Lu Bu utterly destroy me :kurokan:

EDIT: Just saw a screenshot with Sun Wukong :P

You all realize that all the not-New 3DSs can't even read Amiibos?
Yes they can, they just require an add on dongle.
Which isn't out yet even in Japan.

====================

As for being digital download, I've got more than enough space on my SD card. I bought a bigger one specifically so I can get more games like this, and what I've got now barely scratches it.

June 30 eh? Nice. May or may not pick it up depending on funds.

Really, this is the only way I can keep up with Koei's games now, via 3DS releases, so this is good news. Shame about Naomasa, but whatevs.

I have 2 4gb memory cards and they are both full. -__- TBH even if Naomasa were here I am not sure that I would buy it right now. Since Chronicles itself like detailed and wide sidemode from original SW4 which I even enjoyed, but not that much to buy separate game dedicated to it.

Don't you think you're spending just a little too much time trying to justify NOT buying it?

Oh the thread has been renamed it seem.

Hmm wonder is Koei going to be so nice in releasing the translated demo.

Funny enough, this game going to be released on the same data as Neptunia Rebirth 3.Ah well since I already play the Japan version,I can save money and time with Neptunia then.

Just a fair warning to everyone, this game is tough but definitely worth the money compare to SW4 II.

Oh yeah for those wondering about the file size on the Vita, the Japan version is 2GB so the localized version should be the same.

It's 2GB for digital.

You can expect less if they cut some voice acting in english version.

Sounds like it could be because they won't release the demo, and likely might be too much trouble for them to tweak the game in order for them to be unlocked another way.

It's not a breaker for me, but I can imagine that some will be very upset.

It'll probably be out next month, the US date is usually a few days before the European release. Good thing I found that GameStop gift card from Christmas! :D
Hi Kata,

As Chin has posted on twitter.
The US release for SW: Chronicles 3 will be released June 30th.
We are sorry for this :/

It feels good to be acknowledged that Koei give us localized versions for both II and Chronicles, but I think it`s a bit late. I lost my interest to Chronicles already, and quite doubtful that sales will be high for that title overseas. I mean it`s hardly competitor for title like Toukiden or even original SW4 on Vita. It might be completely different story for 3ds though.
Warhawk,

We do apologize, but it does take time to get approval from Japan for a game and then the localization process can take place. We're sorry that you lost interest in Chronicles already but we hope that any of our upcoming games will peak your interest.
by the way, koei tecmo america, will there be more games for wii un, new 3ds and the nx (the new future console)

No demo and costumes? I'm a little heartbroken most for the demo, but I can live without the Zelda costumes.

I was never a huge fan of DLC costumes as many of them are for only female characters, and a lot of my favorites are males.

By not as big what do you mean? Do you mean like...in terms of content?

I was mad at first upon hearing about the Zelda costumes not being in the game because I know many will flock to the Vita version instead as a result. However, I realize its a miracle the game is even coming stateside at all (and more importantly for the 3DS).
(Not to mention Noh finally let her hair down. After 11 years of begging.......lol)

I wonder if it will include all the stages from Samurai Warriors 4, as well as possibly costumes?

Ummmm... this game is revolving on CAW which currently both genders have fair amount of costume DLC.

Male character even have more costumes from the Generics.
