The game is now live on eShop, just started my download. :)
Same here :) But, holy moly, 22000 blocks is a lot. I'm glad I have a huge SD Card. Can't wait to play it :tobattle:

When is it on Playstation Store? Because I want to know, guys? Everytime I'm on my Vita, I couldn't see Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3, yet. Koei didn't give me the time for the PS Store to update to have the game in it.

Great game, was able to recreate Taki pretty reliably compared to home releases... Though that may be because I had my phone with the pic if her the same size it was on the screen.

Question: Has the game crashed for anyone else? 3DS version. Battle of Tedorigawa when the river floods. Game crashed and now I can't turn off my 3DS so I guess I have to wait for the battery to drain.

Hmm I've only played the Japanese version on my non-'new' 3DS but it never once crashed on me in the 30 or so hours I played it. I beat the story mode and everything too.

It's weird that you can't turn off your console...I don't think anything is permanently damaged since playing a game isn't really changing the system's firmware or NAND or anything, but it's still strange. Have you ever gotten freezing before with any other games?

And I don't have enough blocks on my 3DS. Thankfully there is a Gamestop right across from work. I'll buy a new card then. Holy moley! Never expected it to be that huge.

Nope not a once. Luckily my 3DS did turn off a few minutes after I pressed the button without the battery having to drain. Works when I turn it back on too.

I'll see if I can replicate it. I hope I can't....
Yeah it'll take an hour or two to download too, lol! Even SSB 3DS only took me 30 minutes on launch night. Makes me wonder if they downported the PSV release and changed the menus around.

This game stop playing with my feels! First it's Hayakawa grabbing Yoshimoto's kemari ball, then it's Oichi crying over Nagamasa, Naotora crying over her dad and crying at her friend's grave, I'm not ready for Honnoji

Hold down the power button. It forces a shutoff.

I guess SW Chronicles are always harder which is more of challenge than the original or console version of SW.

Can anyone confirm any differences between the 3DS and the N3DS for this game?

I guess the only differance is the graphic. I'm not really sure about that tho.

Damn my 3DS upper screen is broken, i guess i'll just wait until it gets fixed to play this game..
That is megafail.

How do you want to get it fixed anyway. Just trade it in with a used or new one.
Yeah lol, i don't know what happen, was playing MH3U then the screen went black but i can still hear the sound

I would say how it processes and maybe running a bit more smoothly on the maps. The only 'glitch' I have encountered was when important officers appear invisible for a few seconds. Thanks to the little arrow above their heads, I was still able to locate them until the appeared.

Apparently the New Nintendo 3DS can withstand more enemies on screen. But I'm not too sure on that. I'm playing on the New Nintendo 3DS XL, and I haven't run into any sort of slowdown or anything like that.

The game says I'm using a Circle Pad Pro though because of the C-stick and everything.

I'm really enjoying the game thus far. They added some necessary things like the Tea House, which I wish was in the original Chronicles. Grinding for bonds was such a chore in that game. The What-if Scenarios seem promising, though I've only done the first Imagawa stage.

I have noticed some typos though. There was some text where it looks like they just forgot to press the space button, and it happens a lot in one event. Nothing too worrisome, just thought I'd point it out.

I think the most jarring error I found so far was "Hidekatsu" as Nobunaga's brother, when his brother's name was actually Nobuyuki. Unless he has a brother named Hidekatsu that I don't know of

because I'm pretty sure the brother in question in this stage is supposed to be Nobuyuki...

also, was I the only one who got the notion that Takatora, Yoshitsugu and Mitsunari were supposed to be proxies/stand-ins for the Asai sisters?

What exactly does the C-Stick, or Circle Pad Pro, add to the game? I'm using a regular Nintendo 3DS XL to play.

Honestly, I was surprised that Mitsunari was roped in with the Azai. I always saw him with the Toyotomi beforehand.

Mitsunari made a funny remark about it but on the whole I think being part of the Azai in the canon story brings him a bit down as a character since he's supposed to be a Toyotomi man trough and through. I always got a feeling he was supposed to come across as someone from a new generation as well rather then the old Nobunaga generation.

I'm pretty sure it's just another way to rotate your avatar when you're customizing them. I haven't used it in game yet though, I'm guessing it'd maybe control camera angles.

Christ it has been a while since I browsed these forums. Anyhow, I have a strong feeling that unless someone has a translated guide of the Japanese version, will we need a public editable guide like http://swc.ietherpad.com was to figure things?
Also curse not being able to reread tutorials because ive accidentally skipped a few without reading ._.
I did notice castle mode seems to grant characters using points their 5th (extreme legends so to speak) weapons, though I wonder if anything bought in castle mode can be used in story.

Hints of unlocking are already in the game. See the puzzle-kind of artworks.

Castle Mode shop is only a mere secondary shop. Weapons you purchased, upgrade material stuff can be used anytime.

Question: is the weapon purchasable in the shop the best for each character or are there better ones?

Hmm interesting, I'll look into that puzzle more.
And thanks, that gives incentive to do more castle then :)

Go on the SWC3 storepage and all bought SW4 DLC should appear as free. Then simply redownload.
