Only lists/guides available are in Japanese via a few wikia pages. I haven't found one in English (though I haven't looked recently). Sadly, even the JP wikia pages are missing missions :/

WAIT, there's a lack of information for this game? That's a shame because I am currently trying to complete everything in the game: thats right, complete all objectives, do all challenge mode stuff, unlock all of the picturs, and collect all rare weapons. So far I only have completed storymode completely as well as the DLC maps XD

Because there's a topic for this game, I'll tell ya'll what I think. To me, this is kind of the holy grail of all my 3DS games. First off, it features all of the characters on a handheld. That's a plus, and I can't believe Chronicles even runs on the 3DS.

The objectives are fine (at least the ones I have unlocked) because there are a wide range of difficulties to easier objectives to ones where you hope you don't run out time to kill that one last guy  .

There are some things I don't like about the game though.
1. It takes forever to grind your characters up. Like, only my favs are in the 40s, and even then I don't have time to make everyone level 99. I am happy for the training arena, where I can put characters I never use in it, or characters I need to get stronger to unlock future pieces to the panels, and allow them to get experience passively.
2. It takes FOREVER for weapons to level up. All my weapons are still at two stars (like around level 40ish). There's a whole character list, and I don't understand how I'll have the time/in-game money to make everyone awesome.
3. No multiplayer. I want to play with mai buddies and be awesome together.

What I LOVE about this game:
1. The stories. How much do I love those! For once, we get a slice of everyone instead of just the Takeda (ugh. why did they get so many maps dedicated to them in 4? I like them, but its not like I don't like the rest of the cast). I felt the alternate history stories added a fresh spin onto everything, making it more enjoyable than SW4 for me (not that SW4 was bad! I'm not saying I don't like SW4, I just like the Chronicles approach better)

My only complaint is the Date needed 1 more map. To like, close everything up. Most of the stories are about 3-4 maps, so gimme some more Date love.
2. Your hero is the star. I liked that I was part of the adventure, and I enjoyed learning more about the other characters by talking to them. I like character development stuff, so all the conversations didn't really bother me.

Well, thats a rant, but I really like the game :3

Well, there's some really good info in English, but also lots of missing info (again, last time I checked).

For example, Battle History panels:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1E6TbhQOQVo7qgCklMfB3e63U46861aT_ZGG-r7slfHI/mobilebasic

Rare Weapon Help:
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/826288-samurai-warriors-chronicles-3/72115424

Both of those are in English and quite helpful. As far as Objectives go, there's a few JP wikis floating around. Problem is, some of them aren't complete themselves. Many of the Objectives can be completed using the rare weapon help as guidelines though, so there's that.

Here's just one of the JP wikia sites I have bookmarked:

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I've been having problems with the character events. After a battle, Okuni is the only character to talk to. I'm currently playing part four if that helps.

I think he means the original chronicles since you can talk to officer after a battle in that game, not in Chronicles 3. If that's the case then part 4 would be the Sekigahara arc.

I've been playing the one for the 3DS. Part Four is called Peace at Last, I think.

There are two Chronicles games on the 3ds. Samurai Warriors chronicles and Samurai warriors chronicles 3 (What happened to 2 is a mystery :D )

If part 4 is called peace at last then its the first chronicles game. And your problem is that after a battle you can only have events with Okuni? If you do a stage then the characters you use get a higher relation with you. who you can talk to after a battle depends on how high your relationship with characters is

I haven't used Okuni in battle much, so I was kind of confused.

EDIT: I figured out what was wrong. I replayed the Odawara Castle stage and a couple of characters were available for an event afterwards. I can only have events with characters that are in a battle (Okuni wasn't involved with Odawara Castle, so she wasn't available this time, but Masamune was).

I've finished SW:C3 a few months back and can't seem to get over the beautiful music of the game. I've been looking long and hard online for it but so far with no success.

Anyone know where I can listen or download the complete ost of SW:C3?

There's guides on completing the history panels, guides on getting the rare weapons, and partial guides for all the mission objectives ... in Japanese. Some good English guides on the weapons and I think the History panels too.

I haven't checked any of them lately, but I know the last time I checked, the JP wiki pages were still incomplete on the mission objectives :/

Lots of stuff to do in this game. Maybe one day I'll give it another shot :ph43r:

To unlock extra scenarios, you have to bond with certain characters, for example, to unlock the Asai clan scenario, raise bonds with Nagamasa, Oichi, Takatora, and Yoshitsugu, maybe Mitsunari, too. It's going to take a while, but the Teahouse option in tbe Shop should help speed things up

Ok thanks, since main stories would unlock right away on every SW except extra stages
wasn't thinking they would even do that with main stages xD

Bought this and started playing it, it's pretty fun for the most part.

I really like the 4 man party system, but I feel like it's rather haphazardly used for the most part. it's alright at first since you're generally relying on the same characters for the first few stages and they level at the same rate you do. But after a while it starts to get really obnoxious. You usually get stuck with 3 5 leveled guys who have barely any moves to use, and can barely damage anything. Your character's the only one pulling their weight most of the time and the other 3 are taking 4 times as long to get objectives done.

There's also just waaaay too many objectives this time, and given the fact that you have 3 nigh useless characters at first makes completing them a real drag.

Still though, it is still classic Warriors fun, so i'd give it a 7 personally.

I meant to come back here and comment on this earlier and forgot

Yea, that's one thing that bothers me too. The last time I played I was specifically trying to clear all Objectives, but because I only had my CAW as the character leveled enough to handle the Objectives, I ended up not being able to trigger or unlock the hidden or more difficult ones.

Its been months since I played because I just got burned out accomplishing nothing :/ I'll pick it up again at some point, but for now its just collecting digital dust while the Vita handles the real dust :hehe:

Hello kind folks of the forum! I've been a long time lurker, and only now do I decide to join your ranks!

I've purchased this game on the vita about a month ago, and so far, I'm 97% with chronicle mode, 66% with Challenge mode.

I come here today to ask a question about one particular level's objectives. The level is "Clash at Sekigahara", and I am missing two bonuses. They are (roughly translated, since I don't know what they're called in English):

Spoiler: click to toggle

I have played this level at least 65 times, with different characters and even getting as many kos (or getting very LITTLE kos) as possible, and both of these are just not happening. Out of curiosity, have any of you triggered these missions? I still have more objectives in other levels obviously, but this one is so far the most cryptic I've encountered.

I'm also willing to help out if anyone has any questions about other levels. I hope I can be of some assistance!

EDIT 5/31/2016: I completed "Clash at Sekigahara. I'll cover what I did in the spoilers, just in case.

Spoiler: click to toggle

I also got through 80% challenge mode objectives. Yay! I still have probably 100+ hours because I still don't know what classifies as "get all weapons"!

Forgive me for the double post. I'm not editing my previous post because this may be a little too long.

Earlier today, I've managed to get every objective done in story mode. Thus, the main part of the game is done!

...but now I have to grind to get all weapons.

Before I ask my question, I want to give some help with some objectives I've seen people have problems with. They are in the spoilers:

Spoiler: click to toggle

Now, for my question...

...What does the trophy mean when it says "Obtain every single weapon in the game"?

1. Does it mean to have 8 weapons with each character (They start with 5, get a death weapon, and then their fourth and fifth weapon)?

2. Does it mean the above, but also leveling up at least one weapon to level 3 with each character?

3. Does it mean to level up EVERY weapon with every character to 3?

Depending on this answer, I can finish this game in either 50+ hours, or 200+ hours, due to how random and slow this weapon grinding is becoming.

Thank you to any who help!
