I swear this has to be the fifth of sixth time I'm playing through an Orochi game. I'm not complaining, yet, but I do feel it's gotten to that point that I can probably close my eyes and play the stages without looking!

So far, this seems to be a pretty standard Koei PC port, without any thought of PC optimizations taken into mind; which is only a bad thing if you have a low end computer. I'm not sure about DW6 since I didn't bother with the PC version, but MOZ actually has widescreen support! Something which was confusingly missing from DW5 Special.

It seems they've upped the spawn rates from the original MO, too, but I'm not sure if this was also done to the PS3 version. I may also just be imaginging this, but feel free to verify if the screenshots I took suggest there is, in fact, a higher spawn rate:

Behold random screens of randomness

As an aside, there seems to be an odd bug, which I'm not sure is just on my side or not. If it's actually a mass bug, I have to wonder if Koei actually play tests these things before release. It seems sound effects are nearly non-existent in volume. Voices and music seem to be completely uncompressed and have amazing clarity, but hit sounds seem to have had a problem; can anyone else verify that too?

Amazon.co.jp

Amazon has had disturbingly quick shipping lately. It actually arrived at the same time as something I ordered from Amazon US on Black Friday, which... perplexes me, but isn't the first time something I've ordered from overseas got here in 2-3 days.

The PS3 did had those massive swarms. Game seems much like the PS3 version minus the problem of the hit sounds.

Do you have your PC good to go for installing Japanese programs? I'm not sure if it's necessary, but MOZ might require the computer to be in Japanese region and everything for reading non-Western characters (I recall SSM4 Special did).

The size file of installer is not completed and the downloader is just say 'completed' but it is not. You gonna see the size file.
As you see, go to official site of MOZ PC and you see file size of the installer, it's almost 4 MB, right?
The problem is same as me too. I just retry, retry, retry and I got same size file like in official site.
The size file is must same as the size file in official site wrote.

I do not know if that is the impression one has expertise is more difficult to get the PS3 version, speaking of the PS3 I think the pc version is more difficult I don't abandons not for show but still no character with 50 in expertise :( it will take some time I'll probably do an archive that will combine all the first photo of all the characters :D

I'm sorry if I make mistakes and I do not see them ^ ^

I was able to install the game perfectly fine by switching my computer's System Locale to Japanese (Japan) and then installing the game. Luckily the game data has all English file/folder names so it ran perfectly fine when I switched my System Locale back to English (United States).

I have never used Applocale before so I don't know how/if it works, but I would imagine from the name that it probably acts similarly to what I did, so it prob would work.

I can confirm that using Applocale to install the game works.

i got the full version of the game here on my laptop.

too bad i dont understand japanese...but i do know some chinese, which is kinda helpful as some of the characters in japanese are derived from chinese characters.

If no one noticed, I've been updating my random screens of randomness every now and then with more randomness. My most recent update showcases that Koei really needs to either learn to program or stop being lazy.

In regards to shadows, Koei fails. It seems only San Zang and Benkei get weapon shadows, and it's not even done correctly on Benkei's weapon. Furthermore, it appears shadows do not work correctly on some outfits (i.e. Diao Chan's 4th outfit).

Example 1: San Zang succeeds where Diao Chan and Da Qiao fail
Random screen 19

Example 2: Benkei tries his hardest while Nu Wa and Kojiro fail
Random screen 20

Note, this isn't really bashing. It's more of an interesting curiosity, and it always amazes me how many bugs go by Koei without notice.
