I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Benkei will be a Charge type. He's rather large and it suits his look. But Yoshi it Normal, and Kiyomori is Charge. Lets hope they dont just make him Special just because. And we can tell by the screenshots he's Power type as well. But its uncanny how much his appearance matches his Yugioh Card Edited by GoW, Wed Jan 28, 2009 6:43 pm.

if you are asking about a weapon's change-i doubt it, if you are asking about four weapons, i'd expect so-hence: fully playable. i'd expect more that they'll keep the weapons they have in WO2 and get augmented MS that are a bit more "full" character, than the skeletal MS they had in MO2. |

No should be getting Special. They were just for SW2 characters who had special. That type is won't be in any new characters. Special types was made specifically for SW2 where they had special moves. In WO2, now that everyone has special moves, it's kind of a downside to Special characters. Edited by Ultimate Legend, Wed Jan 28, 2009 7:56 pm.

Well the only thing against the special moveset is that we haven't had a WO-exclusive character have one I think. (desperately trys to remember if Himiko was charge or special) |

Himiko played like DW character. As for Special moveset, I doubt it. As they are at a serious disadvantage for the post part. I'd hazard a guess at him being normal type myself. |

Why do you think that special movesets are at a disadvantage? Nobunaga has one, and he easily has one of the best movesets, well i guess that opinion. But I for the most part enjoyed some of the special moveset characters in SW2 compared to the ones that didnt like Yoshihiro and Ginchiyo. |

Nobunaga uses his moveset from SW1 in WO, thus he is returned to a charge character. As to why I think they are at a disadvantage, they have lest elemental activating attacks than both charge types and normal types. So you must rely more heavily on their special skills. |

Ok, maybe i am not clear on what we are talking about when we say special and charge movesets. Because Nobunaga has the exact same moveset in SW2 as he does in WO2. |

A special type moveset is like what Sakon and Kanetsugu have. In SW2 Nobuanaga was a special type, but if you used his sword strengthening special at level 3 he reverted back to a charge character (like everyone was in SW1). In WO and WO2 Nobunaga always has the charge type moveset. That's what I'm talking about. |

Charge characters end at C4. Normal characters end at C8 In SW2, the Special characters were similar to Charge but they only had 2 presses of the Charge button rather than 3. But they had 3 presses of the button while in special stance. As for Nobunaga, they returned him to his SW1 Charge state. His MS would have been useless in WO if they hadn't. However the other Special types remained the same - Sakon, Kanetsugu, Hanzo, No, Nene, and anyone else i forgot. Edited by GoW, Wed Jan 28, 2009 10:48 pm.

well, i own dw5e, dw6, sw2xl, sw2e all on 360. ive played wo1. they ALL look just like that in gameplay, except 6, where koei was actually trying to somewhat put some next gen into their graphics. and the 360 lag? that was just LAZY wo2 porting, as all the above games run good or better than their ps2 counterparts. |

WO exclusive characters Orochi - Charge Da Ji - Normal Yoshitsune Minamoto - Normal Taigong Wang - Normal Taira No Kiyomori - Charge Sun Wukong - Normal Himiko - Charge Nu Wa - DW Style Fu Xi - DW Style I think I got all those right Nothing really even there, but I predict Benkei to have a Charge moveset. |

Da Ji, Wukong and Taigong Wang all have DW movesets Sonic. Well, one could say that Orochi X had a Special-ish moveset. |

Orochi also has the DW moveset. He has C6, and his normal attack combo ends with his C4. I'm not sure about Shin Orochi though. :x |

No Orochi doesnt have a C5 or C6, He has a continued C1-C4, which means he has a charge moveset. |

But that he has an extra 1 Square attack at the end. @Gengoemon:Shin Orochi's is like Orochi, but without the extra button presses. So it's kinda like a mix of DW and SW-ish. |

Ah, okay. I've double-checked the game earlier. I found my mistake a short while ago. A different moveset, it appears? Thanks for the information, Crimson. Edited by Kaon, Thu Jan 29, 2009 3:24 am.
