well if europe is getting WOZ, i better see an american release, too...

i cant wait to play as gyuki and dodomeki... im holding off on getting a ps3 until i see WOZ released in america, if its not released in america, im not even gonna bother buying a ps3... even though there were other games i wanted for it, WOZ is my whole reason for gettin one now.

Well I think his new moveset is C3, that's a good move.
C1, same as Kotaro..
C2, I think that's Kotaro's last Nomal Attack...
C4, It's a move of Kotaro's C2 + Kotaro's C3 Kame... They just change the effect..
This isn't a good moveset +_+.. I don't like it.

Gyuki.. I think he is the slowest character on WOZ, indeed.

They look pretty meh to me, almost like saying you can play the "Generic" officers from the Empires series really.

Um NuWa :OMG: . I think your picture might be to big nice though.

I think Dodomiki is going to be good as for Gyuki yeah he slow but man he's powerful.

since i hear the ice effect in dodomiki's vid I guess you can customize their weapons, If that's the case Gyuki will be getting an agility of 10 for sure. (he'll be a monster with almighty then)

Of course. But he is very slow. Think of this:

slow + speed = normal

He still will not be very fast, but he must have great defense because everyone can attack him. Anyways, I do not care if Dodomeki's moveset is a bit like Kotaro's. I'll still like to play as him. Two more Orochi officers playable is always good. :P

Also, being a power type, he doesnt get flinched easy when attacking, and although his speed would be normal, his normal attacks still break guard.

I just want him riding a horse. ._.

Ah, you're right, Master Sima Yi, i also welcome Orochi officers...now now, let me play as Yellowbelly, Koei.

Why do you want Yellowbelly? I would like to have Mamushi. He sounds more Japanese. He should have the naginata moveset, I think. I don't believe it's used in SW2 and DW5.

Since we are able to pick DW6 outfits, I wonder if Da will have the design that was in her artwork. If not, what about those who aren't in DW6 what will their outfits look like.

Pure name bias, nothing else.

Though..Urutu would be good too.

i expect that you guys DO know that all the original Orochi officers, i.e. Yellowbelly, Urutu, Boomslang, etc. are all called after highly venomous types of snakes. just though i'd put that little bit of trivia out there, in case folks did not realize that.

don't really have an explanation for the boars and the undead ninjas naming system in English, however, the majority of them seem to have something to do with the natural world/insects etc.~Stripeleg is a sort of Tarantula, Feldspar is a mineral, Leaflitter is a type of mold, etc..

Still, that doesnt make names like Yellowbelly, Hognose and Urutu funny, specially for officers of the dreaded Serpent King.

About the trivia...i thought the Yellowbelly had no venom...

Come to think of it, what are Dodo's and Gyuki names in japanese[in mean, the other Dodos and Gyukis]?

I sooo want a Dream with Orochi X, just for the fun of it.

you're correct, many folks here in Texas THINK they are venomous because they resemble Cottonmouths so closely, the Japanese probably made the same error:

Dodomekki is a female demon thief who's arms are covered in eyes/coins, Gyuki is another name for the Ushi-oni, an ox demon.

So Doddomekki is a woman  ???
and i have a question about the in game cutscenes. In the WO1 storylines, will you be able to see the different costumes in the scenes? like example, Wei-level 1-Cutscene: With Cao Pi, Xu Huang, Zhang Liao, and Da Ji. Will it show the three's DW6 costumes? and Da Ji's fourth?  I HOPE IT DOES

the lower quality cutscenes that use the in-game models which show whatever outfit is selected for them [if you're playing as them, anyway], but the high quality cutscenes [the ones viewable in the gallery] always have their default outfits, thats how it was in the past two games, so im sure they'll have it be the same in WOZ.

it will be interesting seeing cutscenes of the characters in their DW6 models... :D

I want my Hognose playable. Make him a MIGHTY SORCERER!

Characters in DW6 models in cutscenes would look awesome as well, especially in the Dream Mode cutscenes.

I prefer Diamondback to be playable with diamond coming out of his skin and a diamond sword with a sw2 like saika coat in black.

I'm amazed nobody mentioned him lol.

To my knowledge, all of the Dodomeki/Gyuki type officers are named after various Japanese/Asian demons, mythical beasts, evil spirits, etc.

i thought dodomeki clones were named after spiders and gyuki clones were named after minerals...

only gyuki and dodomeki themselves were named after demons...

He is talking about the Japanese version. The Orochi generics are named different.

Well then, if the Type I Orochi generics are to have a representative of their own, like what Dodo and Gyuki does for Type II and III respectively, then he will have to named after a demon as well wouldn't he?

Maybe. But Dodomeki and Gyuki were original names for the generics in WO2. So the type I Orochi generics will have to have a name that already exists.
It doesn't matter what name he has. We have a lot of choice, so:

Yellowbelly
Hognose
Diamondback
Lancehead
Patchnose
Hooknose
Mamushi
Urutu
Anymore?

My vote goes out to Mamushi, he sounds more Japanese then the others.

And it seems this game is not as bright as WO on the X360 was. It's more like that feudal darkness from SW1, and I like it.
