Does anyone else find the frame rate during battle to be not as smooth as in SW4?
That disappointed me a little, or maybe i was expecting too much.

To be honest....No, the framerate only dips when there is so much going on on my end but I'm enjoying the game as mush as I can

From what other people tell me the game runs at 30FPS rather than 60 that the other SW4 games do.

It's funny they still haven't fixed the horse thing yet. Every time you end a stage (when HP and map disappear) you could just run through the horses, except their butts which is weird.

The framerate is jarring, this game could be way more enjoyable if it ran as smoothly as SW4.

Town has a lot of jagged edges , in the grass and river.

Does using rage give any rewards other than little drops of gold?

if you're saving over a new slot, the other two shouldnt be affected.

How many "non-Sanada" stages are there? Are the secondary missions (or whatever they're called) somewhat numerous? Or are there many Sengoku era plot gaps because of the narrative being more focused?

Not enough to make a cohesive plot out of it. The side stages generally deal with people who eventually enter the Sanadas' lives for the most part.

The most fleshed-out non-Sanada clan is Takeda and then after that Tokugawa and Uesugi, but not by much.

I can answer the first two for you.

Anyway, if anyone can help, I'm missing one objective myself.

Battle of Mimase Pass. This battle has two bonus objectives, I got the one about preventing Subaro from approaching Shingen just fine, but does anyone know how to trigger the other?

Thank you very much. With the last objective of Mimase Pass taken care of, I've now gotten all multi-stage battle objectives for the first 6 chapters of the game.

Currently in chapter 7. Taking the game a bit slow due to LPing it, haha.

I'm on chapter 10. There's a couple I've missed in this one too but if we ignore that I've now got all but that Ueda one xD I'm trying to keep up with them because I just know the Vault will want all objectives done. Not so sure on feats though, can't see a thing for them in there anyway.

Score, just found the bonus objective I was missing in Shikoku.
That's me at 100% for everything so far, so if people need objectives I've just finished Conquest of Odawara.

How do you get Matsukaze in this game? The couple things I've seen about it are inconsistent.

I got him I think around the time I got to Osaka? I had all the other horses purchased at the time and when I went up to the stable master there was an exclamation marker. When I pulled up his menu his was selling one new horse: Matsukaze.

Not sure if this has been asked but does anyone know what the last material type is at Komoro? I'm having trouble finding it, I've replayed it numerous times and I just cannot seem to find it, I've collected many of the blue wisps and killed a lot of enemies but still nothing. Could it be a fish, perhaps? Currently fishing but nothing so far.

Thanks in advance.

(edit: playing on Hard and I do have Hakusan Amulet equipped... though I haven't bothered with that cat item, should I? How does Luck exactly work in this game?)

I just got it at the stables after the Odawara chapter (so in chapter 11 ?)

There's a Komoro Carp item quest, I'd assume that's where it is so if you haven't gotten that yet I'd say it was a fish needed.

komoro carp is caught there because a lady asks for a carp from there. but if you mean the bottom of the list material items then i suggest you wear the two accessories that give rare item drop and more of items drop so you can complete that list. hopefully this helps you.

So I caved and bought this game (one week till it delivers) despite knowing nothing about what to expect from the story and the gameplay. I've played SW4, 4-II and Empires, so I was wondering if there were any changes to the combat system or even the levelling systems?

Is it as bad as SW4-II's levelling system? No spoilers, but is the story any good as well? (At least, is it better than 4-II since that was a pile of junk)
