The most fun stages were SW4-II dlcs. Unfortunately, I have not played SW4 dlc stages. I think they should be pretty good too.

most of them are joke stages and not really that musing because the lac of cutscenes, the ones i still remember were the II clan stage(crazy Natotora follows crazy objectives), Ninja DLC(everyone is  ), and Goemon DLC(trying to hook up with girls, IIRC)

Horde Mode
http://youtu.be/edC-yBJbBcs

I wonder why they added this mode when the usual modes are basically horde modes?

Also, having played Bloodborne and DS3 recently, watching this game's fight feels like watching air. No impact at all. Even older DW/SW had more impact than this...

Making Kunoichi Matsuhime requires her to be married to Oda Nobunaga's son, which makes no sense given her character.

I'd rather they just add Matsuhime instead.
yeah, idea was rather dumb  still Im trying to figure out other names for her besides Aki. any thoughts?
Didn't someone mention Anayama Kosuke? Ana could be a shortened version of it, hell they could even retcon her and say she's foreign if they wanted to

Which would be a Brave 10 plagiarism. Although I guess that's exactly what you've referenced :hehe:

I love how Ana is basically what Kenshin and Kasuga's child would be.

Wow that went far off topic.

Veering back, I believe they called it hordes or what have you ro differentiate between the typical Warriors gameplay and what you'll do in the castle town, or something.

Anayama Kosuke has always been pretty perfect for her. Actually naming her after any of the sanada braves(except for Sasuke now obviously) would be fine. They're all just fictional legends anyway so they can be gender bent whichever kind of way.

Also, yes! I want Matsuhime too!

Actually speaking of the Takeda I was reading this yesterday:

https://japaneseswordlegends.wordpress.com/2015/10/01/the-swords-of-takeda-shingen/

and it talks about 3 different swords that Shingen had and treasured at one point and sometimes gave away, all of which eventually ended up being passed around through the Oda, Toyotomi, Sanada, Mori, and Tokugawa throughout the years after the Takeda's fall.

The first sword was known as the 'starry night'(well it was more like: "night where the stars shine as bright as the moon") and was given to Shingen by the Shogun Yoshiteru, trying to make peace between the Takeda and Uesugi, which he wore to one of the battles of Kawanakjima. This sword too ended up in the possession of the Tokugawa after the battle of Tenmokuzan when the Mochizuki clan was destroyed with the rest of the takeda, except it stayed with them all throughout the rest of the period all the way up until the end of the meiji era.

If Chiyome Mochizuki ever does get into the series It'd be pretty cool if she ended up using this weapon as not only would it be cool If she received it from Shingen as a gift in exchange for choosing to serve him as a ninja, the name itself actually lines up pretty well with the Mochizuki clan symbol which is related to the moon(something about eight stars circling the moon?; maybe somebody else might know exactly what it means?) and even the name of the clan itself 'Mochizuki' means 'full moon'! It's a perfect fit! Maybe Kunoichi could even make it her mission to get this sword back from the Tokugawa giving her a personal vendetta against them rather than just being Yukimura's fangirl(Sasuke already seems to have something going with Hanzo himself, so only Kunoichi needs something).

The second sword dubbed the Kusakiri-Masamune(chain cutter masamune) was a sword that was rewarded to either Yukitaka Sanada or to whom may have been Saburo Hojo during what may have been his stay during the Hojo-Takeda alliance(It's speculated that Saburo((Kagetora)) was a hostage to the Hojo before he was one to the Uesugi).

They could still give this sword to Masayuki by simply naming his weapon after this sword which would be cool. But if they don't...I think it'd be nice if they combined these two things; whether Kagetora joins the Takeda or not he receives this blade from Shingen once the Hojo and Takeda form their alliance, then when he's killed during Otate no ran after the Takeda side with Kagekatsu, Katsuyori takes the sword back and gives it to Masayuki who then passes it on to Nobuyuki(who surprise, surprise, uses a sword!). If Kagetora has the sword first and Katsuyori has to take it from him that could make for something of an emotional moment, and though Nobuyuki probably wouldn't have been around for the battle itself it could come up between himself and Ieyasu who seemed to have a thing for collecting Takeda swords. Maybe Nobuyuki could even learn some lessons from this sword and the battles and alliances that surround it which could fuel his decision to join the Tokugawa, rather than join the Toyotomi.

The last and perhaps most significant sword the "Kai-Go" was worn by Katsuyori all the way up to the battle of Tenmokuzan. After Katsuyori's death it was passed between either, Kazumasa Takigawa or Nobunaga Oda, to Ieyasu, who then gave it to Hideyoshi either to strengthen their alliance via marriage to hideyoshi's half-sister, or as a peace offering for the battle of Komaki-Nagakute. Hideyoshi then gave it to Terumoto Mori, but Terumoto Mori presented it as a gift to Ieyasu once more after losing the battle of Sekigahara.

I think it'd be awesome if whenever Katsuyori gets in to the series he could this sword as his main(the weapon he uses in cutscenes) weapon. Then they could take advantage of the fact that these swords continued to be used as peace offerings between various prominent characters. It'd be a great way to show that the Takeda still has on characters even after they've been destroyed. They could definitely work in some of Ieyasu's Takeda worship on top of this as well as I could see him keeping it as a reminder of the respect he had for the Takeda after Mikatagahara.

I'm not saying all these guys in game should use swords(instead just name whatever weapon they do have after these swords), but it'd be awesome if they either had cutscenes or dialogue lines about these weapons, which could help explain why they make some of the decisions they make, it'd also give the Takeda a lot of extra relevance even after they die, which could end up making them feel a lot like Dian Wei's death in DW7 in that the impact of his death never really went away without ever being all in your face about it. It just felt like something was missing throughout the rest of the wei story.

Also, nearly forgot there was a sword that Shingen gave to Nobutada when he became engaged to Matsuhime, there doesn't seem to be any significant information on the sword beside that, but it might be pretty cool if his weapon referenced it should he ever get in.

P.S. that horde mode music is awesome!

P.S.S the post above me is the greatest post of all time, it reads like a death poem!

Anayama Kosuke would be fine for Kunoichi, Kosuke is quite often female in mangas. A later game could add Saizo and just like someone mentioned here: It could look like a Naruto team lol (Naruto does refer to the 10 Braves quite often anyway with Sasuke, Sarutobi, Kirigakure etc.).

Man the Taiga offers so many female characters for SW:

Next episode Ono Otsu will join… I am curious what impact Otsu makes and how her relationship with Nobuyuki and Ina will be on the show.

Posted Image

Also since the next week will already feature adult Hideyori due to a ten year time jump they also announced the casting of Senhime.

Posted Image

Oeyo/Gou was also added in the show recently thus if future SW games will add her I imagine that Hidetada and Hideyori will also be more featured.

However for Sanadamaru I still want Akihime the most and last episode proved to me why:

Posted Image
Since Yoshitsugu died last episode there was a scene in which Yukimura was comforting her. I kinda want this for Yukimura in the game too. In the last games he was so irresponsible and just wants to get killed however she would explain his ties to the Western side and he would have to take responsibility for once.
I often read that Yukimura just has the „path of the warrior“ however I don’t think that it would be wrong to make him care about her it would make him more likeable in my opinion.

pretty much, spared my time to watch the entire vid and i was like, what's the difference with regular gameplay? :uh:

also, Masayuki's moveset is meh, no distinct unqiuenes aside from being able to glow orange, and the new gameplay element is, well, nonexistent for now, pretty bad first impression IMO :uh:

Veering back, I believe they called it hordes or what have you to differentiate between the typical Warriors gameplay (the so-called hordes or whatever) and what you'll do in the castle town, or something.
It's so nice being ignored.

To expound, it's probably something the journalist upping the video appended, as I also saw a video of Ni-oh labeled the "Yukionna Boss" fight, but Nouhime is clearly labeled by name in that game.

i dunno man, Fa Zheng has a more evil face, maybe it's the eyebrows or something

oh and here's something positive about SanadaMaru: i love the new music, it's so DW for some strange reason, dat MASA guitar really give a fresh air to SW's boring electronic discos
