Other clerics out there that might be able to confirm this as to see whether it's random glitch or universal thing?

Combat log is notoriously inaccurate. It looks like a crit is rolled and confirmed but it doesn't look like critical damage was applied. It could be that the script blocks that part of it rather than denying critical hit confirmation rolls.
Partial Character List:
Chardon: Mystic theurge lich. Devourer of souls and those little powdery mints people have at weddings.
Akki Takki: Kobold rebuker. Raised as a petitioner in the court of Kurtulmak before fleeing.
Opkfrumjotunn: Troll beserker. Planar mercenary.
Az'kar: Bladeling assassin. Noms on his victims.
Tyiedrni Pohuunrakihu: Skeletal minion of Chardon. Not much of a reader.
Lorkata: Self proclaimed prophet of Chaos, Doomguard member.

Hmm, judging the image it doesn't say that it would've been a critical hit though, just that you were hit. Rolling 20 is automatic hit still (Even if you'd be immune to critical), but the following threat roll decides whether or not it is critical, this one appears to have failed to make the threat roll successful in any case. As in you'd be immune to the multiplication of damage rolls by the weapon type which seems like wouldn't have happened even without the immunity due to failed threat roll.

For further elaboration:
Quote:

Critical Hits
When you make an attack roll and get a natural 20 (the d20 shows 20), you hit regardless of your target’s Armor Class, and you have scored a threat. The hit might be a critical hit (or "crit"). To find out if it’s a critical hit, you immediately make a critical roll—another attack roll with all the same modifiers as the attack roll you just made. If the critical roll also results in a hit against the target’s AC, your original hit is a critical hit. (The critical roll just needs to hit to give you a crit. It doesn’t need to come up 20 again.) If the critical roll is a miss, then your hit is just a regular hit.

looks like my bad again

I've seen somewhere especially on undead that a hit is completely ignored by them when you score it
I thought it will at list eliminate dmg if they do not override AC.

Reshar is using Living Undeath a lot in the Abyss and it works great against both crits and sneak attacks from the Shadow Demons, Babaus, Erinyes ect.

IMO spell works normal.

It happens ^_^ DnD has so many abstract rules to it.

I followed this logic:
If Crit range scored - and total AB is lower or equal defenders AC then Crit is just normal attack that passes
With Crit immunity I thought there will be no Damage at all in such case.

Confirmed that Living Undeath works as normal. The only surprise is when you lose it courtesy of a Greater Restoration.
Thrym HammerClang - -Reluctant Dwarven Merchant
Jarlz Bergh -- Ogre WeaponMaster
Yew're Kiddunmeigh -- Elven Light Bow of Solonor
Sstrepekorr -- Yuan-Ti Halfbreed StormLord

That's because the restoration is curing a negative effect (the whole, "shit man, you look fracking terrible!" aspect), so shouldn't be surprised at all.

From a mechanical point of view, its because it is a linked effect. The CHA penality and the immunity to crits are linked, so when one goes, so does the other. Its used a lot in spells with multiple effects. Sometimes this is badly implemented (or incorrectly, eg: not at all!) or as in this case, 100% correctly. ;)
