Title and description explain the bug. I've noticed with my druid that the effect wear off after a transition. When using both the Shapechange spell and the Wild Form. I'm using the feat: extended spell |

hmm... This happens because the PC during the transition is shifted back to his original form? (that doesn't allows the two spells) and then shifted back into the polymorphed form?

This is an unfortunately side effect of the save function (which kicks in on a transition assuming it was at least 5 mins since last save, which removes the polymorph effect. This will also happen if you save your character by any other means. When the save function temporarily un-polymorphs you, you lose any effects that are applied to the creature weapons directly. So, you don't lose Tortoise skin, because that is attached to the character itself (although you may lose the VFX), but GMF and Keen will be lost. You should note if you have something that gives bonus damage but is not tied to the weapon, eg +3 Magical Damage from Enlarge Person, that this is not lost. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it... well, we could make it so that your character is not saved if you are wildshaped... and if the server/clients were reliable it could be an option. But considering the crashability of both client and server, i'd hate to have people screaming due to massive loss of XP because their character has not saved in the last two hours of grinding. I suppose it could be put up for general feedback... whether people would prefer the risk of lost XP due to character not being saved (there could always be manual save that you can do even if wildshaped/polymorphed if you wanted). What do you think?| |

That is better to keep the Character saved ![]() Druids can always prepare a bunch of those spells. Since they dispells, the exented version are not so necessary. |
