It doesn't seem like the PC Tools check time display has any connection to the actual time that drives the day/night cycle. Sometimes you will see PC Tools saying that it's peak when it's dark outside, and so on. I think this also applies to other systems like the SIGIS Sales Agent that cries out the date and time, too. |

Not something can change really as server resets can be random, and therefore so can the day/night cycle. The time is taken from SQL time, which is basically the real world clock. |

Couldn't you call SetTime when the module starts to sync the time to SQL time? |
