This is an image of monster saves in the Abyss. I currently have a +11 attribute modifier casting Dismissal (spell level 5).
I have Spellcasting Prodigy.

I don't understand how the DCs are varying, much less why they're so low. Does level range impact that somehow?

Dismissal has a completely different way of calculating DC's in nwn2, from the wiki (which I hope is accurate):

The DC of this spell is calculated like this: (caster DC+caster level)-HD of the affected target. When used on low-level targets, the DC is extremely high.

Ahhh. That makes more sense, then.
