Maybe this kind of bug is old hat, but when transitioning with the Brachina Baatezu summoned my game crashes at least once - but sometimes more than once - after the first login of a cycle. This can be quite annoying after buffing and/or change self. Is there's a fix for this? |

That's the first I hear of this issue! My Brachina is able to transition with her scythe friend. Is there a specific transition that causes the crash? Edit: Did a successful transition from the Bazaar to the Clerk's Ward just now, henchman summoned. I am using the client extension. |

Thanks for responding. It happened in Celestia - both at the portal and when entering the temple/castle. Hasn't happened today, though, but then I only transitioned three times. Instead, my Baatezu Sorcerer cannot level in the Brachina PrC any more though he should be able to (already has several levels but not all in that class). He also seems to be missing a spell since the last update (Greater Heroism). Is that possible? (I'm also using the Client Extension). |

I have that crashes too. They occur with any class or race if you have summons or dominated creatures out. I thought it was client language based so I re-installed th game. At first it seemed to work but crashes are back. Brachina lost a casterlevel with last update because they had a 10/10 caster progression instead of 8/10 like they should have. Loosing a spell is the result of that. |

Regarding being unable to level in Brachina: was your most recent level taken in Mystic Theurge? I see you've got that on your class list, and I know Theurge does LOTS of funky things the we still can't explain the reason for (like having to take another level in certain classes to get your spells). You may need to take another sorcerer level first. |

Yes - I have Mystic Theurge, but the last level was Brachina. And there wasn't a problem before the Update (I already have 6 lvls of Brachina and 7 MT - lvl 15 of the build below). Another Sorcerer level would spoil the build plan. ![]() http://nwn2db.com/build/?233748 Would a rebuild from lvl 1 help? Thanks for the info on the changes. |

Probably so, but just a note about your build: you will HAVE to take a sorcerer level after all your MT levels in order to get all your spells, if I remember the MT's wonkiness correctly. Players of MT sorcerers, chime in here please. |

IIRC if spontaneous casters (such as sorcerer and anything which doesn't use spellbook to memorize spells) is the first level taken, then MT gradually improves it, but if it's the "secondary caster" then you'll need additional level to trigger it. |

Re. the 'needs another lvl of Sorc after MT' point: True - but the Brachina class gets me the spells just as the Sorc one would. Which means I don't need a second lvl of Sorc. Unless the Brachina class changed in this regard with the new update. |

I'd see if an in-game DM can relevel you to see if this fixes the issue. |
