Unusual Path Of Monk; Dragon

"A dragon who takes the unusual path of monk only gains a +4 (shield bonus) to AC."

So this changes your original dragon ac bonus to +4. Doesn't at level one change the monk bonus.

My questions are:
A. lets say I am a bronze dragon, they get bonuses later on as they level. Do they lose those as well? Or keep them?
B. Lets say I take the dragon class, do I get that +8nat armor bonus or no?
C. If I take path of the claw do I still get that?

Idea: bronze| monk 12/ Dragon PoTC 10/ divine champ 5
Starting at 20 wis: luck of the heroes of course
+5wis
+2monk
+4 shield from race(or plus 6 after levels?)
+1 luck
+2 (what type?) Ac from path of the claw
+8 nat from class

Now thats only 32 before items, which may as well be 0 from what I hear. 34 if I get those remaining bonuses. Plus another 3 if I put them all in either dex or wis. But got to subtract 1 or 2 anyway if you are large or huge which a melee build probably ought to be, especially with all that monk.

Idk munchkins? Can anyone answer my questions or help this poor sap actually help this poor dragon build be viable?

Sidenote, could always just go with Junas build and be a druid.

A: Your AC will drop to +4.
B: Yes you get it.
C: Yes. But keep in mind dragon claws/bite are weapons and dont work with flurry. Flurry also doenst work well with multiattack. I think it ignores multiattack. Huge dragons have the unarmed progression of a medium creature, so best would be large size.
