Quick Question on Succubus build idea i had rolling about. For a Succubus Warlock Would she gain EB dice progression? Or should she Focus purely on DC invocations because of the huge CHA bonus? And Lastly How Viable would a Warlock/Succubus/Fellblade be? I was thinking something Using both the High CHA on Curses with Weapon Fineness and a Whip for Ranged Hideous Blows, Possibly throwing in a Level of Fighter or something I don't know... |

I think with the great charisma dex bonus, fellblade would be extraordinary for a succubus. You don't have to stick to physical combat at all. You can literally turn things into chickens and stab them to death with your Stirge rapier. You'll still gain blast progression as far as I know, though not at max. |

Actually, for melee, a strength-based build is much better I've found (by trial and error). Yes, you gain EB dice progression. Blaster vs DC? The race/class combo can fit either. My gut instinct is to take the DC route, unless you take Hellfire Warlock (for mechanical reasons). If, however, you wanted to go the Dex/weapon finesse route, try this build: http://nwn2db.com/build/?246156. It is assumed that gear is factored in too. The build starts off slow but gains steam later on. Oh, and you won't have enough DC to be a disabler (typically) with this build. You'll get off 1 or 2 Baleful Geas or Baleful Polymorphs, but that's not your standard action. Melee is your standard action. |
