And by this, I mean while taking all 10 levels. I don't really want to go the HiPS-ing into sneak attacks route, and that seems like something I shouldn't rely on without getting SA progression anyways. I don't exactly need to be able to solo everything, though having some amount of usefulness is desired. I'm currently wondering if going along the lines of mostly monk or warlock could still have good damage? |

I mean the obvious thing is to go for Epic Dodge, loads of AC and other defensive measures and be le super tank... but I guess you could just go for the usual sneak attacking thing. If you aim to get your 10th, 13th, 16th and/or 19th Rogue levels in the epics, you can pick epic feats, which is pretty fancy and really helps in getting that sneak attack damage up there. You could also try a Psion / Shadowdancer if you wanted to be super edgy. Psions don't get a lot past 20, after all. |

The problem is that without sneak attack, HiPS is simply a nice method of breaking out of combat and doesn't give you much of an advantage. And even if you were to go Monk or some other route, levels of Rogue are going to be helpful in the realm of skill points, while taking 10 or more will, as whitefly suggested, give you some nice bonus feats (although in the case of a monk, this would prevent you from getting improved flurry). |

Speaking of Shadowdancers, is the Shadow Jump ability a uses/day or an ability with a cooldown? Wiki doesn't have that information. |

you can get a shadow dancer jump like ability.. from the shadow hand 3 feat.. requires the 3 feats but it lets you teleport to an enemy or a target ((not able to use on targets in a non pvp zone) and has unlimited use with a small cooldown |
