Are there any hidden gems here?

The two rounds per minute has me confuzzled if its any good? That's 1/5th or 20 percent of the time. . .

Anyone use it?

Stone Dragon 1 is good in Invisible Blades to let your bleed bypass DR.

I've heard that Shadow Hand is useful, but haven't used myself.

I still think there's something to do with Diamond Mind, but that's just theorycrafting.

I generally consider the feats a failed experiment.

Stone Dragon III's entangle and slow are unavoidable if the target gets hit by the melee touch attack, making it pretty intimidating in PvP.

Shadow Hand III can be used to deliver sneak attacks without being hidden, when used on a target far enough away. Then, after the initial flurry, you can immediately HiPS and then sneak attack flurry a second time. Then you can Shadowhand II as a psuedo HiPS and sneak attack flurry a third time, after a brief pause for HiPS to come off cooldown. It's also just a lot of fun in general to be able to "nothing personell" teleport to enemies.

The rest are iffy, but the Shadow Hand and the Stone Dragon lines have uses. It helps that just having more buttons on your bar makes playing martial characters a lot more engaging too.
Heya! I play Tammy, Daisy and sometimes other halflings.

My shadow Dragon loves Shadow Hand III, sadly I and II don't seem super useful (granted he has other build in things to II but the first one doesn't seem to work)

I've never seen the blind work, When other people use blinds i can sneak attack them freely, but from Shadow Hand I nothing happens. So not sure

nah what it does is make the person attacking you miss you %50 of the time.

So, should be made to actually blind like it says? its not a long duration or anything. and gives the same 50% miss, Just seems like the perfect feat to make up for Feint being next to useless.
