I know there is some contradicting thoughts and beliefs between the community an how Sigils Legal System in SCoD actuality works. Overall there is a lot of different interpretations between us, some even counter this post HERE: http://s13.zetaboards.com/nwn2planescape/topic/1019891/1/#new is that thread up to speed?
