Well here is the almost finished product. Other than a few cosmetic things and an interior it is done. Here is the maiden voyage on my indoor course that my wife helped me design (she thought that was more fun than running it). Tell me wht you think.[IMG]Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image[/IMG]

Looks good. Dont scratch those hardwood floors! Maybe adjusting the wheelbase will help it look more scale too!

Yeah we need to refinish them anyway so I am not to worried about it. Hey it was the Wife's idea to build an indoor course. I think if I made her one that looked like her 4x4 Jeep Liberty she would be all over it.

You gotta love refinishing floors... :banghead:
I've done it a couple of times and I'd rather take an ass-whoopin'.

On the other hand, it's a highly gratifying task. :nice: And, when you're done, you're done for a long time.

Enjoy those indoor rocks.

Yeah I am not looking forward to it. I told my wife when it was time I would just tape sand paper to the tires on my drift car and run it all over the house for a few days. She laughed (I think she thought I was kidding)

Man I am having a hell of a time getting all the light parts I need for this dang build. I finally got the lenses from RPP and after another week of searching I had to order the bezels from across the pond. So if anyone is looking for any parts for one let me know and I will send you the dudes contact info. I will post some more pics soon of the build I am going to redo the links to give it a shorter wheelbase and then also redo the steering I am going to try and do it behind the axle so if anyone has any pointers on that let me know.
