He proceeded to take one of the guns off of her. He wasn't exactly the worlds most amazing marksman, by any means. But, why not? Couldn't hurt if he got caught in a jam while trying to hold the denizens of the dead back as well as he possibly could. Once she had stated something about the extra light, he quickly grabbed it signifying he was more than ready, and then jumped into position to hold the creatures off. Shooting the gun every now and again whenever a few zombies closed in upon him. But it seemed that the more he took down, the more reared their ugly little heads..

"Honey, you better move your sweet ass." A zombie snuck up beside of him, only for him to kick it out of the way. Well it didn't really sneak. He just couldn't hear it due to the oncoming hordes screeching and wailing. But whenever some of them would get near, he'd fire off a shot. He slowly backed up in Arianna's direction, realizing that he couldn't keep the ones coming in his direction at bay forever. And then? There was also the fact that before he knew it, he was going to have to run like hell for the ladder.

Before he could say anything else, one stumbled into his path and knocked him to the ground. He dropped his gun and flashlight in the process, and at this point, all he could do was kick it off him whenever it got near. His flashlight had been knocked out upon impact on the ground, and all he could do was scramble around for the gun. He quickly grabbed his machete from where he usually carried it, and scrambled backwards. "Shit!" He cursed as he was quite disappointed. The numbers game was becoming a bit too much..

She had reached her position- she was going to shoot as much as she can as long as the two of them have made it safely. When she had turned around, what she saw would surprise her in more ways than one. She hit her head lightly- tightly gripping her hair as her fingers coursed through her scalp in evident frustration.

"What the fuck is this? Oh my freakin...get up! get up!"

Arianna was on the verge of panicking- but she didn't. She pursed her lips and sighed, she looked around her quickly to find some sort of way where she could still aid him. She turned to the window's ledge and suddenly her light bulb moment flashed before her. She placed her flashlight on the concrete and directed it towards the area- it lit only a small portion, but it certainly allowed Hunter to get a faint image of what was in front of him.

"There! Now run here! I'll take out the ones behind you!"

Arianna couldn't see the vast surroundings with her flashlight suspended on a concrete ledge by the window. She could see but shadows- Hunter was running, she could hear the footsteps against the wind. Suddenly, sounds of slashing were quite evident, Hunter was doing well. She caught a few glimpses of walkers; shooting them with utter precision albeit not wanting to make a sound.

"Hurry up! "

Hunter was in a war for his life, holding creatures back, moving forward, then having to fight them off again. Every time he'd move an inch, it seemed like more would come. Finally, with one swoop of his machete, he got enough distance between him and the horde to run for it. But Arianna with her hurry ups probably didn't help matters.. A more nervous individual being rushed would probably screw up and be eaten by now. A zombie lunged towards him, grabbing at his leg and ripping at his pants leg. It didn't contact the skin, but stumbled him for a moment. Only for a bullet shot by Arianna to catch it before it gained on him any further. But finally he navigated his way to the Arianna.

"I'll get up top and cover you so you can climb up." He said franticly as he began to pull his way up the ladder. Eventually he made it up it, and leaned back over it, looking down at Arianna as he popped a few shots off at zombies in the arena. "Come on, come on!" He yelled, extending an arm, he was more than ready to pull her up as soon as she climbed into his range. His free hand still held the gun she'd given him, and he sparingly popped shots off whenever he saw zombies getting close. But this whole thing was becoming futile, as more and more gathered around them, the more he managed to clear from the vicinity.
