RELOADED MATCH #2: Joe Coffey & The Aussie Open defeated Moustache Mountain & TK Cooper via pinfall in a Six-Man Tag Team Match via pinfall after The Iron Man blasted the New Zealand native with the Discus Lariat to pick up the victory for his team.

RELOADED MATCH #3: Will Ospreay defeated Timothy Thatcher via pinfall when he powered out of the Thatcher Stretcher and then sprung off the ropes to execute the Oscutter. The two competitors shook hands. This will be Thatcher's final appearance for the company.

EPW Live #88

Once Reloaded comes to a close, a video recap airs of last week's episode showing champion Big Damo and #1 contender Rampage Brown both winning convincingly in singles action. We also saw Viper beat Noam Dar in an Intergender Match, The C.C.K win the final of the Tag Team Tournament to earn themselves a shot at the EPW British Tag Team Championships, a backstage confrontation between Dahlia Black and Nixon Newell, The Alpha Bastards attacked Pete Dunne when he tried to enter the office of William Regal and Mark Haskins challenged Travis Banks to put his briefcase on the line if he wanted to go one-on-one with him. Tonight's show comes to you live from Bristol in front of a sold-out crowd. Mauro Ranallo, Nigel McGuinness and Joe Hendry are on hand to welcome the viewing audience at home and run down the scheduled card which includes EPW British Tag Team Champion Ryan Smile taking on one half of The C.C.K; Kid Lykos, Nixon Newell vs. Laura Di Matteo and former tag team partners Zack Gibson and James Drake settle their issues in a Loser Leaves Town Match. Big Damo and Rampage Brown will be signing the contract for their Title Unification Match in two week's time. Before Jim Smallman can introduce the competitors to the ring for our opening contest, we are interrupted by the sound of some very familiar music.

'Bruiserweight' by CFO$ blares across the speakers to cheers from the crowd. Pete Dunne then bursts through the curtain to a huge pop from the Bristol fans. In recent weeks, the former champion has earned himself the support of the fan base in his war with William Regal and any one who dare aligns themselves with the commissioner. The crowd dig Dunne's anti-authority approach. He also has that sledgehammer over his shoulder. When he reaches the ring, he snatches the microphone from the ring announcer and immediately demands that William Regal come down to the ring to give him answers. The Bruiserweight is willing to go through anybody to get back the title belt. Whether it's Dave Finlay, Robbie Brookside, Iestyn Rees, Dave Mastiff or even William Regal himself, he'll take their head off with his new confidant; the sledgehammer. He doesn't get what he wants though. William Regal appears on the titantron via satellite feed from his office. The commissioner is sat behind his desk with Finlay, Brookside, Rees and Mastiff all stood behind him. He explains that The Alpha Bastards made the right decision to align themselves with him because it is him that holds all of the power in English Pro Wrestling. Tonight they will finish what they started last week when they take on Pete Dunne in a 2-on-1 Handicap No Holds Barred Match. The boss grins to himself. Dunne is in the ring and barks back at Regal that he said he will take out anybody on his way back to the gold. It's just an added bonus that he can get some redemption on the men that jumped him last week. As his theme music plays once again, he points his sledgehammer up at the titantron screen where Regal stares right in to the camera back at him.

Ryan Smile (with Chief Deputy Dunne) vs. Kid Lykos (with Chris Brookes)
The C.C.K won the Tag Team Tournament to earn themselves a shot at The Anti-Fun Police's EPW British Tag Team Championships with a win in the final over The Aussie Open last week. With just two weeks until the title match, a member of each team will give us a little preview of what we have to expect at EPW Live #90: When The Saints March In. Ryan Smile is the first to make his way down to the ring with his partner in tow. They are bombarded with boos as they take to the turnbuckles and raise their belts over their heads. Chief Deputy Dunne grabs the microphone from the ring announcer however he is interrupted before he can even talk by the sound of 'The Squid and The Wolf' by Hot Tag Media Works. Kid Lykos storms through the curtain and is joined by Chris Brookes who will be in his corner to make sure no shenanigans take place. The Dirty Wolf dives in to the ring to cheers from the Bristol fans. Once the bell rings, Smile and Lykos exchange holds with a tonne of pace. Smile eventually clocks Lykos with a forearm followed by a thrust in to the turnbuckles. The Superintendent then executes a Foot Choke in the corner before the official pulls him off. Several more kicks later, he attempts a Running Cutter but is thrown off and then blasted with a Wheelbarrow Bulldog by The Dirty Wolf. The masked high-flyer then turns the tables with a Running Single Leg Dropkick in to the turnbuckles, a Monkey Flip and a Leg-Trap Sunset Flip for a two count. He then steps up to the ropes for a high-risk dive. After diving for a Diving Crossbody, he is caught and then launched in to the top turnbuckle with a Lawn Dart Throw. Smile applies a Stretch Muffler. The submission is locked on for a while in the middle of the ring. It looks like there is no way out until Lykos pulls himself up and counters in to a Hurricanrana. His opponent falls through the ropes to ringside. The crowd then goes insane when the high-flyer follows up with a Tope Suicida in to the barricade. Once he throws his adversary back in the ring, he gets a two count. The Dirty Wolf is not done yet though. He climbs the ropes with the intention of a 450 Splash. When he leaps, his opponent is suddenly pulled to safety by Chief Deputy Dunne. Chris Brookes sprints round to the ring to wipe him out. The two men at ringside begin brawling between one another. The Superintendent quickly rushes back in the ring to take advantage of the opportunity. He blasts Lykos with the Superkick for the pinfall. The referee counts three. Ryan Smile steals a victory. He quickly rolls out to ringside to meet his partner and the champions leave up the aisle with their belts. Chris Brookes helps up his fallen partner in the ring. The C.C.K will get their chance at revenge when they meet The Anti-Fun Police with the gold on the line.

The Alpha Bastards are outside of William Regal's office door talking. They discuss how they laid out Pete Dunne on the concrete floor last week and how they are going to end for the boss in the main event. Dave Mastiff looks at his watch and tells his tag partner that it's time he checked if the commissioner needs anything. After stepping in to the office, Iestyn Rees is suddenly wiped out with a sledgehammer shot to the skull. The attacker is none other than Pete Dunne. The Alpha Male drops to his knees and is nailed again across the back of the head with the sledgehammer. He drops to the concrete. After The Bruiserweight walks away having done the damage, The Bastard From The Black Country re-emerges to see his partner unconscious on the floor. He looks around whilst stroking his beard. Dunne has disappeared though. The segment ends with him peering back in to the office telling the commissioner 'Mr Regal, we've got a problem...'

Nixon Newell vs. Laura Di Matteo
We saw The Welsh Destroyer score the best time in last week's Beat The Clock Challenge on Reloaded to earn herself the next title shot in the women's division. Afterwards, she had a backstage confrontation with reigning champion Dahlia Black telling her that she is going to get back some respect and win back 'her' EPW British Women's Championship. Nixon Newell makes her way out to the ring with an arrogant swagger about her. The fans greet her with boos. The mood lightens up when Laura Di Matteo makes her way through the curtain. It is the first appearance on the main show for a little while for the Italian underdog. Once she reaches the ring, Newell grabs the microphone from Jim Smallman and tells her opponent that she is that confident of her ability to win this match that she will put her title shot at stake. What a huge opportunity for the all-rounder from Milan. She nods her head in approval however is waffled with a stiff elbow to the head. As she staggers back, Nixon floors her opponent with the Sitout Sleeper Slam. She then follows that up with some knife-edge chops in the corner, an Exploder Suplex and an Armbar. The submission is locked on. Di Matteo cannot find a way out first. She eventually rolls out and turns the tables with a Headscissors Takedown. Once the #1 contender falls back in to the corner, she is clocked with a Running Dropkick and is then pinned for a two count with a Diving Crossbody. This title shot is at stake with the Italian underdog in control. It could prove to be a big mistake by the Beat The Clock Challenge winner. Laura Di Matteo sets up for her trademark move; the Unprettier. The Welsh Destroyer pushes out to then clock her opponent with a Big Boot to the side of the head. That is followed up with an Inverted Stomp Facebuster for a two count. The match was almost over there. As Di Matteo climbs to her feet, she is hammered with repeated stomps to the back of the head. Nixon Newell then takes her down to her knees with a Low Dropkick. Her opponent is in a vulnerable position. The #1 contender runs the ropes and then executes her finisher; the Shining Wizard. The leg is hooked. Jessika Carr counts three. The match is over and Nixon Newell picks up the win. Her title shot is in tact. As The Welsh Destroyer's arm is hoisted up by the official, we are reminded that she will challenge for Dahlia Black's EPW British Women's Championship in two weeks at EPW Live #90: When The Saints March In.

TK Cooper walks out of the locker room with his bag over his shoulder. It appears that the high-flyer from New Zealand is leaving early having taken the pinfall in a Six-Man Tag Team Match earlier on Reloaded. He doesn't look happy at all with his head down. His day goes from bad to worse when he is jumped from behind by Mark Haskins who hammers him in the back of the head with a steel chair. Once Cooper falls down to the floor, his head hits the concrete floor below. Vicky Haskins appears with that evil smile on her face. Her husband then stands over his victim, raises the chair and begins to repeatedly blast TK in the back of the head with the chair. Blood pours from the head of the former EPW British Tag Team Champion. Travis Banks then sprints to the scene having seen what has gone down from somewhere else in the venue on a monitor. He rushes to his friend's aide however The Hellbent Anti-Hero is quick to crack him in the face with the chair as well. Both members of The South Pacific Power Trip lay in a heap backstage. Haskins then tells his arch-rival to put the briefcase on the line. He is then slowly forced to leave the area by security while medics treat the bloody TK Cooper.

Loser Leaves Town
Zack Gibson vs. James Drake

These two were once one of the most united heel teams in the company. Hated by all, Liverpool's Number One and Mr. Mayhem were once inseparable. Their disdain for crowds up and down the country was what brought The Grizzled Young Veterans together. They unsuccessfully challenged for the belts back at EPW Live #70. Ever since then, Zack Gibson has held James Drake accountable for every single loss and it all came to a head two weeks ago when the Manchester born grappler dropped his partner with the Sitout DDT. This has won him the affection of the fans tonight in Swindon. He enters to a resounding cheer while making his way down to the ring. Gibson is booed even more than usual and he revels in the negative reaction with a grin on his face. When the bell rings, he slaps his former partner in the face to kick this all-important match off. Drake fires back with a take down followed by several rights. Gibson tries to roll to safety but is pulled back in to the ring with a Spinning Spinebuster for an early one count. The babyface keeps his former ally grounded while utilising some mat-based offence. As he brings him back to his feet, Gibson sneaks a poke to the eye and then wipes him out with a Running Neckbreaker. Liverpool's Number One remains in control for the next couple of minutes. He keeps Drake grounded for some time. He disrespectfully spits down at his long-time friend. The fans sing 'GIBSON SUCKS' in unison whilst he repeatedly stomps on his opponent in the corner. He delivers one of his trademark moves; the Helter Skelter Brainbuster. The leg is hooked. James Drake somehow kicks out and finds the energy to find his feet. Gibson attempts a Running European Uppercut in the corner. He misses and Drake nails him with several shoot kicks to the gut. When Gibson bends over to hold his gut in agony, Drake runs the ropes to pull off a Springboard Cutter. His ex-partner hops up and is then dropped with the Sitout DDT. The fans go nuts. He hooks the leg. The referee counts. Gibson somehow gets a shoulder up just before the three is counted. This match rolls on and only one member of The Grizzled Young Veterans will have a spot on the roster once this one is done. Mr. Mayhem has a think about what he can possibly do to pull out a victory here. He places his opponent up on the top rope for what looks like a Top Rope Hung DDT. On the way down, his opponent rolls forward to counter in to a pin. Liverpool's Number One hooks the legs from behind his head. The referee comes down to count. He hops his feet up on the ropes for leverage and reaches three. Zack Gibson picks up the win. The place fills with boos as the grappler from Liverpool rolls out to ringside with a grin on his face and the victory under his belt. In the mean time, James Drake slams his hands down on the mat in frustration. He has lost his job in controversial fashion. Mr. Mayhem yells at the referee however the stipulation must be upheld. As security usher the loser to the back, Zack Gibson re-enters the ring with a microphone. He yells at James Drake to f*ck off back to that sh*t hole Manchester because it is time for Liverpool's Number One to finally break out on his own and be recognised as English Pro Wrestling's number one and will soon be recognised as the world's number one. The fans send a 'YOU DIRTY NORTHERN B*STARD' chant to the man in the ring. Gibson responds by calling them smelly, no-mark virgins. He tosses the microphone to ringside before leaving the ring when his music plays. James Drake is now officially gone from EPW.

Once we return from the break, Nigel McGuinness is in the ring which is set up for the contract signing. The Title Unification Match is coming up in two weeks. The names need to be signed on the dotted line. Rampage Brown is the first man to make his way down the aisle. The fans welcome him with 'RAMPAGE, RAMPAGE, RAMPAGE' chants. He stands on the turnbuckles and hoists his EPW British Hardcore Championship over his head to even more cheers. As he hops down, 'Beast' by Neil McDougall plays to signify the arrival of Big Damo. The 300lbs+ monster marches down the arrival as the mood sours. Once he reaches the ring, there is a sense of definite tension in the air. Both heavyweights stare each other down from opposite sides of the ring. They both have their belts slung over their shoulders. McGuinness informs us of what we know; Damo vs. Rampage will take place in two week's time at EPW Live #90: When The Saints March in at the Southampton Guildhall. The EPW British Undisputed Championship and the EPW British Hardcore Championship will both be at stake with them being unified at the match's conclusion. Nigel asks Rampage to sign the contract however he requests the microphone first. The Master of the Piledriver has a proposition for his enemy and it's simply 'LAST MAN STANDING, WINNER TAKES ALL!' The fans like the sound of it. He further explains that no pinfalls, submissions, count outs or disqualifications are needed. The reigning EPW British Hardcore Champion doesn't want there to be any question that he is the true undisputed champion when he walks out victorious. Damo snatches the microphone from the clutches of his arch-rival from over the table. He agrees to the challenge laid out but the conclusion will be very different. The Beast From Belfast stares in to the eyes of Rampage whilst promising to lay him out in a pool of his own blood. The stare down lasts a good thirty seconds. Rampage picks up the contract and immediately signs it. He then launches it at Damo who scribbles his signature on it too. The two then toss the table to one side and meet each other in the ring for a face-to-face. This could explode right here. Nigel McGuinness quickly informs the two that the match will be cancelled if any physicality takes place before the match. The Bristol crowd boo this statement. They wanted to see a brawl between these two titans. They both hold their titles up whilst yelling in each other's faces. This feud has hit boiling point however we will have to wait two weeks to see the conclusion.

No Holds Barred
Pete Dunne vs. Dave Mastiff

This contest was meant to be a 2-on-1 match however The Bruiserweight made sure he evened the odds backstage when he blasted Iestyn Rees with a sledgehammer. The Alpha Male was ruled unable to compete. The match is now one-on-one with no holds barred. Anything goes. This may lessen the disadvantage for the former EPW British National Champion however he is still fighting a 315lbs man beast. Pete Dunne marches down with his sledgehammer over his shoulder. He doesn't seem to go anywhere without his trademark weapon any more. Dave Mastiff stomps down the aisle with a scowl on his face and is looking to carry out some of William Regal's dirty work. The Bastard From The Black Country points out his prey as he hits ringside. Once he gets in the ring, Dunne approaches him with the sledgehammer but he manages to fend him off with a Lifting Spinebuster. His opponent is in the corner and he squashes him with a Running Corner Splash followed by repeated stomps in the corner. The fans boo as the heavyweight gains possession of the sledgehammer. Mastiff raises it with the intention of caving his rival's head in. As he launches it down, he is kicked in the crotch and misses. He drops the sledgehammer. Dunne takes his opportunity to bite his opponent's fingers to the point where blood pours from the monster's hand. The big man responds by calling his opponent 'a dirty b*stard' which gets a laugh from the Bristol fans. The Bruiserweight follows up with a Discus Forearm Smash, a Running Cutter and then applies a Kimura Lock. The powerhouse uses his strength to power out of the hold. He sends Dunne through the ropes to the outside and crashing in to the side of the announcer's desk. After rolling out to ringside, Mastiff lifts his opponent up for a Running Powerslam through the table. The ex-champ escapes. He ducks a Clothesline and then sends Mastiff through the table with a German Suplex. The crowd go mental while their new fan favourite bellows out a battle cry after this terrific feat of strength. He then rushes back in to the ring where he grabs possession of the sledgehammer once again. As the fans are still unglued, his opponent slowly crawls back in to the ring and is on one knee. The Bastard From The Black Country looks up to receive an almighty sledgehammer shot to the skull. He drops to the canvas and is pinned. The official counts. The three is made. Pete Dunne is the winner and has his arm raised. Before can even turn round, he is dropped by Dave Finlay and Robbie Brookside who go right on the offensive. Brookside goes to snatch the sledgehammer from the clutches of Dunne. The Bruiserweight pulls it back but is waffled in the back of the head himself with a chair by Finlay. The beat down rolls on for a good minute or so until Dave Mastiff recovers and joins in. He executes the Big Splash to Dunne who is now laid out. The Bastard From The Black Country leaves the ring whilst holding the back of his head. Finlay and Brookside aren't done yet though and The Belfast Bruiser sits on the steel chair on top of Dunne. He is passed a microphone by Brookside. Finlay shouts at Dunne not to challenge William Regal's authority or he WILL suffer the consequences. The show closes with the British wrestling legends standing over the fallen renegade having done the bidding of the commissioner.

he more I see of Regal and Dunne the more this looks like something from the pages of McMahon vs Austin.

The tag champs drew first blood in the singles bout, but with what CCK has done to bring them to this point they'll recover from the loss.

Coop can't catch a break these days. It's going to be a long year for him. Maybe he could get a second job and be an enforcer for a hockey team. I know they have hockey in England.

Saw Drake's release posting before the match so it gave away the outcome of the loser leaves town match. Rough way for him to go out out though.

While them going at it before hand wouldn't be a bad sight, not against the order of no contact between Damo and Brown before thier title fight goes down.
