EDIT: SHOW EDITED AFTER ORIGINAL POST DUE TO TALENT TECHNICALITIES INVOLVING GRADO RELOADED MATCH #1: Chris Brookes defeated El Ligero, Kid Lykos, Ryan Smile and TK Cooper in a 5 Man Scramble Match via pinfall when he drilled Smile with the Yakuza Kick for the win. Lykos raised his partner's arm in victory afterwards. RELOADED MATCH #2: Bram (with Mark Haskins, Jimmy Havoc & Vicky Haskins) defeated Trent Seven via pinfall after nailing The Bombardier Of Battery with his finishing move; the Brighter Side Of Suffering. RELOADED MATCH #3: Sumie Sakai defeated Madison Eagles, Xia Brookside and Millie McKenzie in a 4 Corners Match via pinfall after disposing of her other opponents before drilling McKenzie with the Rolling Cutter. EPW Live #110: The Scottish Supershow Once Reloaded comes to a close, the main broadcast begins and this week's three hour special opens with a video recap of all the key feuds to the sound of 'Mountains' by Biffy Clyro. We are live from the SSE Hydro in Glasgow in front of a sell out crowd of 13,000. Mauro Ranallo and Nigel McGuinness are behind the commentary desk at ringside to run us down the scheduled card which includes a Six Man Elimination Match to determine the next #1 contender, Drew Galloway challenging Nick Aldis for the EPW British Atlas Championship, Josh Bodom defends the EPW British Junior Championship against Noam Dar, The Sanguinary battle home city boys The Glaswegian Assembly with the EPW British Tag Team Championships at stake, Pete Dunne's EPW World Undisputed Championship is at stake when he puts it on the line against Joe Hendry and in our main event; the three most key figures in Scottish female wrestling history duke it out for the EPW British Women's Championship when Viper, Kay Lee Ray and Nikki Cross compete in a Triple Threat Match. EPW British Atlas Championship Nick Aldis (c) vs. Drew Galloway This match came about when the two's respect for one another became evident in an in-ring segment a few weeks ago. Nick Aldis deemed it fitting that the best Scottish wrestler on the planet in his eyes challenge him for his belt on what is arguably the biggest show in this country's history and Drew Galloway was more than happy to accept. Over the coming weeks, tension appeared to simmer between the two men. It all came to a head when The Celtic Colossus tried to stop the champion from getting screwed out of his match last week but instead accident cost him the bout. The National Treasure gave his upcoming challenger a piece of his mind later on in the locker room. The crowd are well behind Galloway due to where we are in the world. Aldis is a pro and doesn't seem phased by having a large majority of the crowd in the corner of his opponent. The beginning of the match sees the two heavyweights try to out-power each other. Neither man can get an advantage. Eventually the champ takes things to the ground which favours his style. As Galloway finds his feet in the corner, he is blasted with three European Uppercuts followed by a Scoop Lifted Vertical Suplex on to the mat. Aldis teases going to the top rope for his signature Diving Elbow Drop. His opponent cuts him off before dragging him down and nailing him with a Clothesline and a Uranage Slam. The reigning champion decides to retreat for a breather at ringside to which the crowd boo. Once again, McGuinness gives Aldis credit for not letting the hostile atmosphere get him down and playing things smart. The strategy proves successful when he re-enters the ring. He pulls off a Rebound Lariat and regains momentum to take things back to the mat. After repeatedly stomping on his opponent who is on the rise, Aldis decides to attempt his trademark Twisting Samoan Drop; the Tormentum. Galloway manages to score some elbows on route to escaping the clutch. He then runs the ropes and delivers the Claymore to pop the crowd. The leg is hooked. He hasn't done enough damage to keep the champ down for anywhere near three yet though. The Celtic Colossus nails some knees to the gut in the corner, a Running Big Boot and a Belly-To-Belly Suplex to continue to ride the wave of momentum. He then hooks the arms to drop him with the Future Shock DDT. Galloway drapes his arm over for the cover. The official counts three but notices as he does, Aldis has placed his foot on the bottom rope. The heavyweight from Scotland staggers back with his arm raised and leaps straight to the ropes to celebrate. What he doesn't realise is the pinfall was broken by the rope break. He eventually steps back down looking towards the referee expecting to be handed the title belt but is informed of what has just gone down. His desperation to drag his opponent back in to the middle of the ring is his downfall. The champion pulls him in for a Small Package. The pinfall is hooked on tight. The three is counted and Nick Aldis wins. The retaining champ quickly escapes the win. He quickly grabs his belt from ringside and stomps to the back sporting a grin. The National Treasure knows he got lucky. Drew Galloway took his eye off the ball. It cost him in a big way. The Celtic Colossus is left in the ring to mull over what just went down. Jennifer Louise is standing by in the office of The Corporate Entourage which is filled with their members. They all seem happy to have seen mutual enemy Drew Galloway unsuccessful in his bid to become EPW British Atlas Champion. The interviewer asks Joe Hendry how he feels going in to the biggest match of his career. The Prestigious One appears keen to prove to William Regal that he is not just the crown jewel of this elite corporate faction but also the entire English Pro Wrestling roster. He will prove that tonight by beating and humiliating the group's #1 target; Pete Dunne. Hendry tells The Bruiserweight to be taught a lesson in respect and discipline. Boos can be heard from the arena which causes the interviewee to stop for a moment. After taking in the jeers, he tells Jennifer that these people don't know what they want. She tries to get a word in with commissioner William Regal regarding the appearance of Grado during the opening match. The boss doesn't want to answer any questions though. He is on his phone. Jennifer is eventually told to leave by the security team who lead her out ahead of the next contest. EPW British Tag Team Championships The Sanguinary (c) (with Vicky Haskins) vs. The Glaswegian Assembly Wolfgang and Joe Coffey have had to fight hard to get this title shot but they got their in the end. Firstly, two individual singles victories over the champions would have been the easiest route however Joe Coffey was unsuccessful in beating Mark Haskins. Jimmy Havoc decided to give them a second chance by making The Iron Man run a gauntlet against all three members of the faction back to back two weeks ago. Failure would result in he and his partner never being able to team again. The powerhouse from Glasgow defied the odds to eventually beat all three. The Glaswegian Assembly are welcomed home to a hugely positive reaction from the fans in attendance. They are draped in Scottish flags too with their intentions of winning the gold in front of their home city being clear as day. They dominate the early minutes of the bout. They use their power to overwhelm their opponents. Jimmy Havoc turns the tables with a Sitout Jawbreaker on Wolfgang. The champions then execute a Running Double Neckbreaker and continue to ride that wave of momentum with quick tags in and out. As Mark Haskins distracts the referee, his wife chokes Coffey in the corner whilst Jimmy Havoc stomps him to ensure he can't get the tag. The former EPW British Undisputed Champion teases the Low Sharpshooter. Out of nowhere the move is then reversed in to the No Mercy Crab. The submission is locked on. Havoc acts fast and then breaks it with a Springboard Dropkick. Wolfgang tries to get to the illegal man however is stopped by the referee. The heels are doing a great job now of manipulating the match by bending the rules now. They both stomp down on Coffey until the official turns back around. Haskins tags out. Havoc immediately climb the ropes with his trademark Diving Double Foot Stomp in mind. As he flies through the air, The Iron Man rolls away and gets the hot tag. In comes Wolfgang. The Regulator nails Havoc right away with a Snap Powerslam. Haskins tries to get involved but is tossed down to ringside and Wolfgang climbs the ropes to deliver a Moonsault for a two count on Havoc. He tries to lift The King Of The Goths up for the Wasteland. Havoc quickly escapes that one though. The bloodthirsty grappler from Camden pulls off a Roaring Elbow followed by a Tornado DDT in response for a near fall for his team. After delivering some open hand chops in the corner, Wolfgang comes back with some even harder ones of his own. He then thrusts Havoc in to the opposite corner and tags out to Joe Coffey. The crowd begin to chant to the sound of Black Sabbath's Iron Man as The Iron Man executes the Big Swing in the middle. The heavyweight begins to wind up for the Discus Lariat. Vicky Haskins takes the opportunity to climb up on to the apron for the distraction to which Coffey falls for. Mark Haskins then drills him with a Missile Dropkick from the side and he then knocks Wolfgang off the apron straight in to the steel guard rail. Boos fill the arena once again as Jimmy Havoc sets up for the Acid Rainmaker. He transitions from the wrist lock position but Coffey ducks under it and pulls off a Release German Suplex. Haskins illegally rolls in. The Hellbent Anti-Hero walks straight in to the Discus Lariat. Wolfgang then pulls him out to ringside whilst his partner levels up his prey in the ring. Joe Coffey executes the Discus Lariat to a giant pop. The referee counts. He reaches three. The roof explodes of The SSE Hydro as 13,000 strong witness The Glaswegian Assembly win the EPW British Tag Team Championships. The Sanguinary's reign proves short lived. Coffey and Wolfgang hug in front of the cheering crowd before taking to the ropes to celebrate. This heavyweight tandem finally make it to the top of the tag team division and what better place to win the gold than home? Jennifer Louise is standing by in the boiler room with Nikki Cross who is rocking back and forwards with a sadistic look in her eye. She is pulling at her own hair whilst looking down at photos of both Viper and Kay Lee Ray. Before Jennifer can even ask her a question, the microphone is snatched out of her hand. The Queen Of Chaos explains repeatedly that there would be no main event tonight without her. She was the first female break out star in Scotland so she believes that she has every right to be in this match. People may call her crazed however it was her two opponents leap frogging her in the pecking order and taking credit for everything she did for them over the last ten years. Cross finally guarantees to take what should be hers tonight. If one of her rivals can prove that they are better than her then she promises to fade away in to the darkness however when she wins everybody will be forced to see the light. She then launches the microphone back at the interviewer who makes a quick exit. Six Man Elimination Match Nathan Cruz vs. Sha Samuels vs. Keith Lee vs. Jack Gallagher vs. Chris Brookes vs. Jordan Devlin The winner of this match will earn themselves the next shot at the EPW World Undisputed Championship. The three members of The Corporate Entourage all enter together to the sound of 'Regality' by Jim Johnston. Nathan Cruz and Sha Samuels can be seen giving Keith Lee a pep talk after reaching the ring. Jack Gallagher gets a warm welcome from the Glasgow fans. The Extraordinary Gentleman has been a long time thorn in the side of the corporate faction since the group assembled several months ago. Chris Brookes won a 5 Man Scramble Match on Reloaded earlier which has earned him a spot in this match. This could be the former EPW British Tag Team Champion's opportunity to break out in to singles competition after several years teaming alongside Kid Lykos as part of The C.C.K. The final man out is the debuting Jordan Devlin. The hottest free agent in Ireland was reportedly all set to debut during the tour of Ireland over a month ago however a minor injury delayed that. Tonight he gets the chance to make an impact and make a statement by earning himself a shot at the most prestigious prize on the continent. The heels team up on the babyfaces right away to get us started. The power of Keith Lee and the smarts of Cruz and Samuels control the first few minutes. Gallagher, Brookes and Devlin eventually make a hearty come back to send the corporate players out to ringside. Jack Gallagher jumps up to the top rope to send the trio toppling down to the concrete floor again with a Diving Senton. Chris Brookes runs the ropes. It looks like he is going to follow up with a Tope Suicida before he is wiped out with a Running Single Leg Dropkick to the side of the head. The fans boo as Jordan Devlin grins showing no remorse. It is all against all but the crowd still don't like it. The cocky Irishman then executes a Package Piledriver for a three count for the first elimination. Devlin quickly backs away when Gallagher re-enters the ring. The ex-champion doesn't look impressed by the newcomer's behaviour. He tries to confront him but is jumped on by The Corporate Entourage. Devlin shrugs. He doesn't care. The 28-year old debutant even has the gall to sit at ringside to watch the beat down occur. McGuinness argues with him whilst Ranallo continues to call the match. Cruz and Samuels hold Gallagher down whilst the monstrous Keith Lee takes to the ropes to attempt a Moonsault. He dives. Gallagher moves. The super heavyweight hits the canvas with a thud and rolls down to ringside. The Extraordinary Gentleman nails Samuels with the Gentleman's Dropkick in the corner. As The East End Butcher topples down to ringside, Gallagher nails Cruz with the Gentleman's Dropkick too before hooking the leg for three to eliminate him. Nathan Cruz is gone. By this point Jordan Devlin has tossed down the head set at ringside. He is now back in the ring and catches Gallagher with a Corkscrew Roundhouse Kick. The newcomer pulls him up for the Package Piledriver. His opponent counters in to a Full Windsor Knot before drilling him in the buttocks with a Running Soccer Kick. That look like it hurt. Gallagher follows up with a Majistral Cradle for three. Jordan Devlin is eliminated. He tries to re-enter the ring after being disposed of by Gallagher however is dragged off kicking and screaming by security. The night is not over for The Extraordinary Gentleman. Standing behind him is Keith Lee. The super heavyweight from North America tosses his adversary across the ring with a Biel Toss. As his smaller opponent tries to fight back, he puts him out of his misery with a Spinning Backfist, a One-Handed Spinebuster and a Standing Moonsault for a three count. Jack Gallagher is eliminated. The Limitless One slowly goes to take a stand to continue the match. Sha Samuels quickly rushes back in, rolls him in to a School Boy and the referee counts. The East End Butcher hops his feet up to the second rope for extra leverage. The three is counted. Sha Samuels steals the victory. As Keith Lee kicks out just after three, it is pretty evident he knows what just went down. Samuels however is quick to make his exit and escapes up the aisle with a big grin on his face. He earned himself the #1 contendership spot on the merit of somebody else and he knows it. Lee goes to approach referee Chris Roberts but he knows better than to stick around. The Limitless One may be a corporate lackey. There's no denying he was robbed tonight though. Australasian Strong Style make their way down to the ring to the sound of boos. They don't look happy as their leader Travis Banks demands a microphone. The Kiwi Buzzsaw demands the attention of the Scottish fans which instantly earns him the hatred of the 13,000 in attendance. He tells us that the four of them are angered to have been forced to come to this vile, odious, disgusting country which is filled with drunken, loutish, rotten Scottish natives. What angers them even more is that they are here and not even in action tonight. Banks then challenges anybody in the bank that thinks they're tough enough to come out and fight them. They wait a little while. The fans then light up when 'Elevated' by It Lives, It Breaths plays. Zack Sabre Jr. and Will Ospreay walk out with the intention of giving the faction what they wished. As they slide in, they immediately are piled on by Travis Banks and The Aussie Open with Madison Eagles throwing in shots where she can. This 4-on-2 attack continues on until Ospreay reverses an Assisted Pop Up Powerbomb in to a Handspring Enzuiguri on Mark Davis. Sabre Jr. then breaks free and he and his partner send the heavyweight out to ringside with a Double Clothesline over the ropes. Kyle Fletcher is then thrown over on top of his tag team partner with a Double Hip Toss over the ropes with Madison Eagles going over with him. This leaves Travis Banks to fend for himself which doesn't work out well. He eats the Oscutter before being locked in the Cross Armbreaker by Sabre Jr. The Aussie Open eventually pull their leader to safety but he isn't happy though. As they march up the aisle, he yells at his troops at not being able to get the job done. Meanwhile the babyface team play to the crowd in the ring. They may not have been in a match however they couldn't help but turn up and put on a showing for the fans. EPW British Junior Championship Josh Bodom (c) vs. Noam Dar The Junior Division christened itself an inaugural champion last month by way of a tournament in Josh Bodom after he managed to defeat Will Ospreay and Zack Sabre Jr. in a Triple Threat Match. The Blonde Bomber has spent the last month boasting of his victory despite the controversial finish. Noam Dar however doesn't believe the rookie has paid his dues and earned himself a match against the champion with the intention of teaching him a lesson in respect. The Scottish Supernova has been well received since returning to his home country. The two engage in a shoving battle before the bell. This rivalry has truly reached a boiling point. No lock up to start this one. They get straight to strikes but it is the challenger who gets the better of his opponent chopping him down to size in the corner. He then takes the champ down to the mat where they chain wrestle for a couple of minutes. The crowd eat it up. Bodom is blasted with a Seated Dropkick. He tries to escape the squared circle however is caught on the apron and dragged back in to the ring with a Slingshot Rolling Cutter for an early pin. Dar follows up with an Airplane Spin transitioned in to a Northern Lights Suplex. After another unsuccessful pin attempt, the challenger is floored with a Running Chop Block. Bodom decides to target the neck of his arch-enemy. The arrogant rookie delivers an Inverted DDT before rag dolling Noam with a Sleeper Hold. His opponent escapes however Bodom retains momentum by dropping him again with a Leg Drop Bulldog for two. The champ now takes to the top rope as the fans heckle him with boos. He takes a second to give them a disapproving shake of the head. This is proven to be a mistake when Noam Dar gets up, runs up the ropes and sends his adversary down to the canvas with a Springboard Enzuiguri. Once the champ climbs to a vertical base, his opponent grabs the leg for a Dragon Screw Leg Whip with a view to lock on the Champagne Super Kneebar. Bodom reverses on the way round with a Jumping Snap DDT for another near fall. The antagonist from Bournemouth's frustrations grow further and he argues the speed of the count with the official. This gives time for Noam Dar to recover. He turns the tables with the Nova Roller for a near fall of his own. An extremely close pinfall. The fans in Glasgow rise to their feet when The Scottish Supernova grabs the leg for the Champagne Super Kneebar. Josh Bodom sees red. He raises the arm and delivers a Low Blow between the legs. The referee reluctantly throws it out for a DQ. Noam Dar wins. The EPW British Junior Championship doesn't change hands though. The desperate champion flees the ring. He grabs his gold on the way out with his head down whilst walking back down the aisle. The winner is noticeably angry that he has no reward to show for his victory. The office of The Corporate Entourage is swung wide open and a chair flies out. The camera looks in to reveal Keith Lee trashing the place while the security team attempt to restrain him. William Regal is yelling at him to stop. The Limitless One doesn't seem to be hearing his calls. He launches Fit Finlay, Dave Taylor and Robbie Brookside individually over the commissioner's desk. The super heavyweight then turns to the boss and expresses his rage at being screwed out of his opportunity to become the #1 contender. Lee continues demanding that he was promised opportunities when he arrived in English Pro Wrestling. Regal responds by telling his newly recruited henchman that he brought him here to work for him. It doesn't work the other way round. The big man has had enough. He then tells Regal to find somebody else to watch his stooges' backs from now on but he's not done in English Pro Wrestling yet. EPW World Undisputed Championship Pete Dunne (c) vs. Joe Hendry This is just another chapter in the reigning champion's battle with William Regal and The Corporate Entourage. Will this be the final chapter though? Does Joe Hendry have what it takes to beat Pete Dunne to end his second reign with the title? The Prestigious One sure looks confident as he makes his way down the aisle. He told us earlier on in a backstage interview that he is keen to prove to the commissioner that he is the crown jewel of not just the corporate faction but also the entire English Pro Wrestling roster. Beating The Bruiserweight would certainly do that. Dunne is the man who holds arguably the most prestigious prize in the world right now; the EPW World Undisputed Championship. The commentary team talk about his recent overseas title defences against Matt Riddle in Revolution Wrestling and Rusev in XCW. The beginning of the match is comprised of mostly chain wrestling with a couple of strikes thrown in. This favours the heel who is an accomplished freestyle wrestler. Dunne holds his own mind. Once they reach a vertical base, the champion delivers some desperate fast-paced strikes and then bends Hendry's fingers back. He then tries to stomp on them. The corporate player escapes the ring away from harm. The tenacious brawler from Birmingham follows him before launching him in to the steel steps. He focused once again on the fingers by placing the hand on to the steps and then stomping on his rival's hand. While the referee signals for them to come back in the ring, the two-time champ shrugs at the camera with a scowl on his face. He throws Hendry in to the ring post and back in to the ring. Dunne lifts the challenger up for a Michinoku Driver however Hendry escapes. He then runs the ropes to turn the tables with a Commonwealth Clothesline for a one count. Repeated stomps follow. The aloof heel delivers an Arm-Wrench DDT, a Fallaway Slam and a Running Knee Drop to the back of the head. Despite being in his home country, the fans in Glasgow heckle the challenger with boos. He locks on a Modified Boston Crab. The champion reaches out for the ropes. It doesn't look hopeful but eventually he finds the energy to get there for the break. At first Hendry refuses to break it. He is forced just before the official reaches a five count. The challenger targets the champion's back. The Prestigious One lifts his rival for a Running Powerslam. The Bruiserweight manages to wriggle out and sends them both to the floor with a Cactus Clothesline. He then pulls out a chair, sits Hendry on it and charges at him to drill him with a Running Big Boot. The fans in the front row are going nuts. When the two return to the ring, Nathan Cruz rushes down the ramp to distract the champ. Dunne drags him in to the action before executing the Bitter End. Next out is Sha Samuels. He charges at Dunne. The Bruiserweight acts fast and pulls the rope down to send him crashing to ringside in to the commentary table. The match continues. Joe Hendry has used the time to recover. He delivers the Olympic Slam for a super near fall. This doesn't stop Hendry in his tracks though. Hendry locks on the Ankle Lock. The submission hold is applied slap bang in the middle. Just as he is about to grape vine, Dunne rolls out of it sending his opponent flying in to the ring post. He is then dropped with a Rolling Release Suplex to shift the momentum in favour of the champion. Hendry goes for a Low Blow. Dunne steps on his arm and then repeatedly stomps on his hand with an evil grin on his face. The Prestigious One is in a vulnerable position. He is nailed with a Running Corner Forearm Smash followed by the Bitter End right out of the gates. The leg is hooked. The referee counts three. Pete Dunne retain. Another member of The Corporate Entourage is disposed of by The Bruiserweight. The reign of The Bruiserweight rolls on and the fans are happy by this result. He is handed the belt by the referee whilst Joe Hendry slowly rolls under the ropes to ringside where Nathan Cruz and Sha Samuels are waiting to help him out. Pete Dunne may still be in possession of the gold however you can't help but feel William Regal will be even more hell bent now to make his life a misery. Jennifer Louise is standing by in the backstage area with Jordan Devlin. The junior heavyweight made his debut earlier tonight in the Six Man Elimination Match to determine a new #1 contender. He managed to eliminate Chris Brookes however was eliminated by Jack Gallagher. Devlin begins ranting and raving about how he should have been victorious and wants another chance to become #1 contender. The newcomer from the Republic of Ireland dares any man in the locker room to state more of a case for a title opportunity than him. Whilst he makes his bold statement, Jack Gallagher strolls in to view and is grinning from ear to ear. The Extraordinary Gentleman challenges Devlin to a match next week. After the challenge is accepted, the two go nose-to-nose as Jennifer Louise tries not to get caught in the cross fire. EPW British Women's Championship Viper (c) vs. Kay Lee Ray vs. Nikki Cross These three are pioneers when it comes to female wrestling in Scotland. Nikki Cross was the first female in Scotland to take on grappling as a full-time career. Viper and Kay Lee Ray soon followed however have arguably found more success than the woman that came before them. The Vixen Of Violence and The Killer are both two-time champions whereas the veteran has no title gold in English Pro Wrestling to show for her time with the company. The Queen Of Chaos is hell bent on changing that though. She proved in her backstage interviewer earlier that she has finally snapped and will do anything to get what she feels is rightfully hers; the EPW British Women's Championship. Mauro Ranallo and Nigel McGuinness give a shout out to XCW over in Canada for revolutionising women's wrestling over the past several years and giving the 60 minute iron woman match the main event spot at Starrcade. EPW can only hope to follow their lead. The crowd are really hot for this match. The Scottish fans have seen these women develop as wrestlers first hand over the last ten years. Viper and Kay Lee Ray shake hands before the bell. Nikki Cross refuses to engage in such an act with either. As Viper passes her belt out to ringside, Cross attacks Kay Lee Ray from behind and launches her shoulder first in to the ring post. The Killer falls back. The Queen of Chaos follows up with an Inverted DDT to send her rolling down to ringside. The champion approaches. The focused challenger nails her with a Low Dropkick and drops Viper with a Running Bulldog. She shows no remorse with repeated stomps however Viper eventually tosses her in to the corner to chop her down to size. The dominant champion delivers a Running Crossbody. As she tries to execute a Running Seated Senton afterwards, Cross recovers and nails a Double Hand Throat Thrust in response. The Vixen Of Violence staggers back in to the corner. Cross doesn't have time to follow up though. She is taken out with a Diving Tornado DDT by a 100% Kay Lee Ray who has been waiting for her opportunity on the outside. The Killer approaches for the Curb Stomp however is thrown up in to the air and nailed with a Samoan Driver for two instead. Viper broke the fall. The champ goes for a Double Chokeslam on her opponents. They battle back with several strikes until she lets go of them. They then pull off a Double Dropkick, a Double Clothesline and a Double Neckbreaker in succession. Nikki Cross and Kay Lee Ray had to band together to stop the momentum of the champion from building. Their alliance doesn't last long though and they eventually battle between each other in the ring. Cross attempts a Standing Sleeper Hold. It is reversed in to the Deep Six and Kay Lee Ray then gets a two count of her own following a Springboard Leg Drop. Cross tries to escape the ring for a breather. Kay Lee Ray holds her by the hair to pull her up to the apron and then nails her with a Discus Forearm to send Cross crashing in to the commentary desk. The fans go nuts as The Killer steps out on to the apron for something high risk. She pulls off an Asai Moonsault on Nikki Cross through the table for a giant pop from the Glasgow crowd. The Queen Of Chaos is limp amongst the wreckage whilst Kay Lee Ray pulls herself up and back in to the ring. Viper is on her knees. She is drilled with several shoot kicks to the chest before catching one and lifting her opponent up for The Last Ride. The leg is hooked. Jessika Carr makes the count. Kay Lee Ray kicks out just before three. The champion takes her challenger in to the corner to deliver some chops, follows up with a Running Corner Splash and executes her signature Electric Chair Facebuster for a near fall. After getting up, she signals to the crowd that it is time for the Viper Driver. She lifts up Kay Lee Ray. The Killer wriggles free before pulling off a Reverse Twist Of Fate. The fans go nuts as she rushes up to the top rope. The former two-time champ nails the Swanton Bomb. The leg is hooked and the ref counts. Another kick out just before three. Kay Lee Ray looks around wondering what she has to do to put the dominant champ away. She slowly climbs to her feet and lines up for the Shining Wizard. As she charges forward, Viper catches her and then throws her forward in to the turnbuckles for a Running Powerbomb. The champ plants her with the Viper Driver on the way down before hooking the leg. The count is made. The crowd count along. Jessika Carr hits three. Viper successfully retains her gold in a hell of a match. As the champion is passed her belt by the referee, she turns to see Nikki Cross watching from ringside with a maniacal look on her face. The Queen Of Chaos looks angry that the conclusion of the match didn't include her. She points at Viper warning her that she will be back. The Vixen Of Violence proudly hoists her title over her head to take in the standing applause from the Glasgow crowd. Eventually Kay Lee Ray finds her feet. Unlike her other challenger, she is gracious in defeat and shakes the hand of the retaining champ and leaves. The final image of the show is Viper on the turnbuckles celebrating her victory. Solid lineup for RELOADED. Can't feel too bad for TK losing a match that involved four other guys, but it's obvious he's seen better days. Good seeing Sumie Sakai go over in the four courners. Even though she is on a touring contract, hopefully she'll make good use of her time here. Bad luck for Galloway in what otherwise looked like a solid contest between him and Aldis. Wouldn't be against seeing a rematch with similar stakes. Not sure if I'd call the crowning of new tag champs an upset, but it didn't seem expected. Props to the new champions however. Not sure the level of madness Nikki Cross has reached, but she sounds pretty determined. Given who was all involved in this one, Sha's win could be considered lucky. Nothing against the rest of the men involved, but glad to see him pick up an important win. Had a feeling Dar would come out with the W, but not in this manner. As low as that may been, no pun intended, Bodom's doing whatever he can to hold on to his spot. Another numbers game that Dunne managed to survive. He record against that has been good so far, but how much longer can he go before it catches up with him? Thanks to the EPW broadcast team for the mention (XCW lived up to its reputation on women's wrestling on that night), best of luck to those on their women's roster going forward. Nice table spot to keep Nikki out of the picture for the finish, which it was a close one. Have a feeling Viper will face Nikki sooner than we think, but overall good effort by all three. Any other show this or the world title match could have been a worthy main, both told a good story, but nothing wrong with giving the ladies the spotlight on this night. |
