K-pop: Super Junior, SHINee, DBSK, Big Bang, Yiruma(classical-piano), Epik High(hip hop ish)

J-pop: i dont listen to j-pop..but anyone have any suggestions?

Chinese music (includes Taiwan and HK): JJ Lin, Mayday, Nicholas Teo, Rynn Lim and of course, Top Combine. n_n

Korean: K

Japanese: Utada Hikaru, Maaya Sakamoto and X-Japan (only their ballads)

Of course, keep in mind that I've only listened to a limited variety of songs for the Korean and Japanese artists.

K- DBSK(my love Junsu<3), Big Bang, Wonder Girls, Lee Hyori, Bi Rain, Se7en, Super Junior(+ all other sub-groups), Jang Ri In(But I think she'd fit in the Chinese category as well. :]), SNSD, KARA, SS501, Cho Shin Sung, Battle, Smash, Shinee, The Trax, CSJH, I the Tri Tops, Epik High, R-eal, U-kiss, Xing, FT Island, Shinhwa, Boa, 2PM, 2AM, DNT, Chae Yeon, and a ton more. xD I listen to a lot of Korean music. :]

J- Ayumi Hamasaki, Hey!Say!Jump(don't know their names, but I kinda like their music. XD), W-inds, Hikaru Utada, ON/OFF(they're so underrated. >.<). Yes, I have a limited knowledge of Japanese music. =___=;

C/T- Jay Chou(The legend!), Nicholas Tse(I don't think he even counts as a singer really but oh well XD), Zhang Liyin(Again, I think she belongs in this category as well. :]), Vanness Wu, and of course Top Combine. And sadly, those are the only Chinese/Taiwanese artists I know. v_v

Nicholas Tse? He's probably more of a singer than some of the kpop idol groups you've mentioned.

He's written a lot of really great songs, and has great albums.

I like how cpop artists write their own songs.

I mostly listen to Cpop and some Jpop. There's really too many to list for those I like in Cpop, so for Jpop - Utada Hikaru and a lot of little weird ones.
