Riverview Episode #0153 OAD: 8/7/2013 (Scene 1: Riverview Police Station) (Mark is sitting on his cot when he hears heels approaching his cell he stands up and Marie is at his cell) Mark: You just missed your sister. Marie: I’m glad she came by and visited you. Mark: She didn’t have anything nice to say. Marie: Why would she? You shot her. Mark: It was an accident. Marie: No, the accident is that it was Melanie, not that you shot somebody. Mark: You’re right, I’m a mobster. That’s how I survived. Marie: You know what, I didn’t come to hear about what has happened to you since you abandoned your family. I came to tell you what’s happened to us since you left. (Marie glares at Mark who gives her a disappointed look) (Scene 2: Riverview Police Station) (Terrance is sitting at his desk when Clark enters and tosses a folder on his desk) Clark: There’s nothing on Mark besides the attempted murder. All evidence against him went up in flames with the evidence against Ron at the strip club in New York. (Terrance puts his head in his hands) Terrance: Great, there’s no way that Melanie is going to put her father in jail, so he’ll walk. Clark: Why don’t you go talk to her, you two were engaged for quite a while. Terrance: That’s Jake’s job now, I’m not interfering. Clark: What has you so down today? Terrance: I think Erika might know that we covered up Jake Francis’ accident. Clark: WHAT?! (Clark glares at Terrance) (Scene 3: Francis Enterprises) (Jake is at his desk when Ann approaches him) Jake: Ann, what are you doing here? Ron’s not here right now. Ann: I’m not here to see Ron, I’m here to see you. Jake: You’re not taking Charlene home. Ann: I’m not here about that either. I wanted to let you know that while you and Melanie were getting shot at in New York, I found our divorce papers and had them filed. Jake: Oh, interesting. Ann: Why? Jake: I filed our divorce papers too. Ann: How? Jake: I forged them. (Ann rolls her eyes at Jake) (Scene 4: Riverview Police Station) Marie: Did you know that mom died right after Melanie graduated high school? Of a drug overdose. Yeah. You not only missed my graduation, you missed Melanie’s graduation, you were going to miss her wedding, thankfully that never happened. You missed her plastic surgery following her car crash. Now you’re going to miss her wedding to Jake and you’re going to miss the birth of your grand daughter. (Marie holds her hand on her stomach) Mark: Grand daughter? Marie: Yeah, I’m having a girl and you’re going to miss it. Way to go, way to screw up again dad. (Marie leaves the cell and Mark puts his head in his hands) (Scene 5: Riverview Police Station) Terrance: I don’t know. She said that she heard some things about me through the grapevine. Clark: What else would she have heard? Terrance: I don’t know, Clark. I don’t know. Clark: This whole plan that we have could blow up in our face now. Thanks to you and your little scheme. Terrance: I’m aware, thank you. Do you think I’m TRYING to ruin this plan. Amanda could go to jail for the rest of her life if the truth comes out. Clark: Then you need to do your best to cover this back up and make sure that doesn’t happen! (Clark glares at Terrance) (Scene 6: Francis Enterprises) Ann: You forged my signature? On our divorce papers? Jake: I didn’t think you’d protest much considering you want this divorce just as much as I do. Ann: So we turned in two sets of divorce papers? Jake: Apparently. Ann: I wonder what they’ll think of that. Jake: Probably just that we really want a divorce. Ann: Well, I guess that is correct. Right? Jake: Yep. Ann: Ok, well that’s what I came here for so I guess I’ll see you in court. Jake: Yep. (Ann turns on her heel and leaves the office as Jake watches after her) |

Jake and Ann, I have a feeling that underneath it all these 2 still love each other even though they both don't want to admit it to themselves, yes sure the divorce will go through but I am sure there are still feelings there and if there is, don't they owe it to themselves and their daughter to at least try again? And Clark and Terrance, history seems to be repeating itself trying to cover up yet another crime, corrupt cops And Mark finding out he's going to be a grandfather but yet that he won't be able to be a part of it, I felt really bad for him here |

I agree with Terry. Jake and Ann have to have feelings for each other still. They share a child but right now they are stuck in this hatred they feel for each other. Clark and Terrance are paranoid! I wonder if they are right and Erika already knows the truth. |
