Riverview Episode #0156 OAD: 8/12/2013 (Scene 1: Second Townhouse) (Melanie, Marie, Mark and Jake enter the house) Mark: Melanie, Marie thank you for not pressing charges. Melanie: Marie said that she wanted to give you a chance to be a father, so here’s your chance to be a father. (Mark sets his bags on the couch) Marie: What are you doing? Mark: I assume you want me on the couch, this place doesn’t look like it has three bedrooms. Marie: No, you’re not staying here, there’s no room for you. Jake: Actually, Marie, there is room for him here. (Melanie, Mark and Marie all turn to Jake) (Scene 2: Ron’s Apartment) (Ron enters the apartment and Ann greets him in the living room) Ann: Did you get my text? Ron: I did. Ann: I didn’t get a response. Ron: What response did you want? Yay, I’m glad that you finally got a divorce from the husband that’s basically kidnapped your baby? Ann: How about awesome, let’s get married. (Ann glares at Ron) (Scene 3: Courtroom) (Erika takes the bench as Terrance and Natalie sit at their respective tables.) Erika: Ms. Fields, we’re here today to begin your trial for the murder of Andrew Bard. Are you still defending yourself? Natalie: Yes, your honor. Erika: Are you still pleading not guilty by reason of insanity? Natalie: That’s correct. Erika: The reason being is that you’re stating that you have DID. Is that correct? Natalie: Yes, your honor. (Erika turns her attention to Terrance) Erika: Prosecution, what are your thoughts on this? (Terrance takes looks from Natalie to Erika and back to Natalie again) (Scene 4: Second Townhouse) Marie: What the hell are you talking about? Jake: Melanie, I want you to move into the mansion with me. Which means, there’s a vacant room here for you Mark. Marie: Melanie, you can’t move. I need you here for the baby. Melanie: Jake is my fiancé, I need to be with him. Dad will be more than willing to help you with the baby, wont you dad? (Melanie turns to Mark) Mark: Of course, I want to do everything I can for my little grand daughter. Marie: Fine. You can have Melanie’s room. (Marie storms up the stairs) Melanie: Ok, dad move whatever you want. I’ll come over tomorrow and take everything that I want. (Melanie and Jake leave as Mark turns and looks around the Townhouse at his new found freedom.) (Scene 5: Ron’s Apartment) Ron: What wedding? I thought we were doing this in front of the Justice of the Peace? Ann: Um, that was before Melanie and Jake tried to one up us. Ron: I don’t have money for a lavish wedding. Ann: No, but Jake does. Ron: What are you trying to say? Ann: I need you to convince Melanie to have a double wedding with us. Ron: That’s never going to happen. Ann: Of course it will. You two had a past together. You can totally convince her that this is best for all of us. Ron: You are insane. Ann: Possibly, but I need you to talk to Melanie about this. Ron: I’ll talk, but I guarantee you the answer will be hell no. Ann: Well, make sure that you don’t take that as an answer. (Ann grabs her purse and leaves the apartment as Ron shakes his head and looks at the ceiling wondering how he’s going to pull this off.) (Scene 6: Courtroom) Terrance: We agree that Ms. Fields does suffer from DID, we ask that a court ordered psychiatrist evaluate Ms. Fields and if the results corroborate our suspicions, we’re willing to lessen the penalty. Erika: Then I agree with the Prosecution. Ms. Fields, a court ordered psychiatrist will be evaluating you within the next week or so and we’ll resume these proceedings. (Erika bangs the gavel and leaves the bench as Terrance takes a deep breath as his plan to frame Natalie is almost finished.) |

Terrance trying to frame Natalie making sure that she goes down for this murder to protect his sister Amanda the real killer, I don't condone that and why? Because he's going to be sending an innocent woman to prison in the process that's why while Amanda the real killer gets to roam around free, what kind of justice is that? Like honestly I want to know where the justice is in that? And Natalie representing herself in court, I can definitely understand that, it is her right after all considering she is a lawyer so she knows what the justice system is all about but the thing is...can she even mount up a good defense for herself considering her DID? As for Ron I am glad that he is finally seeing reason here as far as this double wedding goes because it is obvious Ann is not using her brain here, like honestly if she were she would realize just how badly of an idea this is, having a double wedding with Jake and Melanie because why would they want to get married at the same time in the same ceremony with Ann and Ron? And Mark's chance at redemption begins so I wonder if he will screw this up like how he's screwed up his own life along with his daughters' lives because Mark has a tendency no a knack for trouble or for inviting it |

I just don't know how Ron will be able to convince Melanie of this double wedding. |
