After watching this flashback episode of General Hospital today I admit it was a really emotional episode seeing Luke deal with his past especially with his alcoholic, abusive father Tim Spencer and seeing his mother Lena Spencer and his sisters Patricia and Bobbie but then seeing what caused Luke's psychotic break the fact that he not only killed his mother Lena by accident but that he killed his own father Tim Spencer in a rage and then blocked out everything with his older sister Patricia covering up what Luke did with the help of their cousin Bill Eckert, Luke's look-alike

Seeing all of this play out and then seeing Patricia interact with not only the Brewers but also with Dr. Steve Hardy and her meeting her cousin Bill in the hospital like that, the show just continued to pull me in so much so that I think I even got chills thinking about it

I took a look at it because I'd heard it was going to be emotional and it was. Tony Geary knocked it right out of the park. Ron Carlivati also should earn a writing nomination next year, if not the entire award.

I know Carlivati gets knocked around a lot, but people are talking about General Hospital and this story.

I LOVED the episode, but this entire storyline makes no sense. I guess most viewers are confused too because those ratings are falling fast :)

Ok. a lot happened on this thread.

So, I kinda see both sides.

When this story started I HATED it. I hated it until they tied it into history. Then I started to dig it. I dont think the inconsistencies were 100% RC/FV's fault. Tony's surgery sidelined the story quite a bit. However, I think it turned into a wonderful umbrella storyline. I'm not exactly sure where they're taking it next, but I'm enjoying every minute of it.

As for the ratings...last year this time was the Nurse's Ball, they've pushed that back another month to correlate with sweeps, so yes, year to year GH is down majorly but there was a huge event going on last year to raise the ratings that isnt happening at the same time this year.

ratings falling lol oh come on... EVERYONE Expected Gh to be Gone by September 2012 and now it's June 2015.. nearly 3 Years Later.
Haters gonna Hate.

it's Lukes Final Adventure on GH because TG is leaving FOREVER and a Part of Ghs History is dying with it in my Eyes but at least Ethan,Lucky and Laura returning to Gh for a while..

i love when TG is playing an more edgier Side to Luke or like Fluke there. its fun and shouldn't be overthinked much
