![]() - The World Wrestling Federation accepts wrestlers who were alive and active during the "Golden Era" years. Any professional wrestler who has made their debut in 1988 or before are eligible to be picked up. Their current status (retired, active, living, deceased, etc.) in 2015 is irrelevant. Gimmicks, however, are always able to be changed. For instance, in 1988 Rick Martel was in the Strike Force tag team. However, if you were so inclined to do so - you could play him as "The Model" character. - When signing up as your character, please sign up under your character's name or something related to the gimmick. (I.E. Sign up under the username "Hulk Hogan" if you intend to be Hogan. "HULKAMANIA" would also be acceptable. You get the idea.) - House shows happen every 10 days from when the first card is posted. There will always be a countdown timer for the deadline posted on the main RP forum. There will be plenty of time to roleplay. - Obviously as this is taking place in 1988, Hulk Hogan isn't at home surfing the internet on his iPad. Things like that will count against you when it comes to scoring roleplays. - As multiple characters are encouraged here in the WWF, we truly value the content of a roleplay more than the length. Having a grasp on a character and portraying them in a lifelike manner is just as, if not more, important than the length of your roleplay. - There will be a limit of 1 ROLEPLAY per card for each person involved in a match on a house show. For championship matches, should the writers like to agree upon it, 2 roleplays would be acceptable. - Any non-title victory over a champion automatically warrants a rematch against that champion, with the championship on the line. |
