Then you can work with different shades of those 2 colours. The only other thing i'd say is it's all quite big and chunky. I like to see websites a little more subtle on the eye. T'is good, for a first attempt.

I think the green ( or whatever colour you choose) needs some more graduation. Get back to us on all that goes on
