Game still major lacks common sense on Manager mode. I've got a load of surplus players i wanna sell. I've got no money left to spend on wages on new players. And i go to place a player on the transfer list, "The board won't allow you to sell another player this season as they are worried that you change the core of the team too much". Yeah top of the table and full board confidence. Is their a secret to getting players to re-sign contracts? They never accept, do you need to offer loads of money, because i just don't have enough money.

Well, this seems weird. Just started the 3rd season of my manager mode with United (just won the Champions League 2-1 vs Milan, brought Owen on and he scored the winner in the last minute of extra time) and I get my budget and wage budget for the new season and it's this: Club Budget: -£2,147,483,640 Wage Budget: -£1,506,140 Considering the end of last season I had £20 million in the bank and a wage budget that had £100,000 left. =/ Might have to start a new one. |

im with seville now in the spanish league. i think the spanish league is well harder than the premiership. real madrid are so hard to beat

The Manager transfer system still sucks, i can't sign any players! I've only managed two so far and im in my 2nd season. I've got £7 million to spend, i just can't buy anyone! I've offered double sometimes triple the value on fee and salary on players in Leagues below, people on the transfer list, everything, nobody wants my money! I offered £3 million for a player on the transfer list, double his value, put him wages double on what everyone else is offering. And then it says 'Another club has made a better offer, you need to beat their offer', its half my offer! Bleh. |
